7 Ways to Deal with Depression!!

Hello guys, What’s up? Hope you all are good and well in this pandemic. Stay safe and adopt necessary precautions to contain its spread. If we are healthy then we can do anything but if we aren’t then we do nothing. This time is challenging, we must have to cleared it off with flying colours. As recently quoted by Mr. Ratan Tata, the Chairman of Tata Sons, “Don’t mind what you lose, Don’t look what you achieve, Just think about to survive for now. This is the storm, The one who’ll survive would have definitely bright future waiting for them.”

Not easy at all but at least we should try. Even if we don’t then end is near, then why not to die with satisfaction of to do something. Just survive, time will definitely change. So, think twice/thrice before making any stupid move. Now, Let’s move towards the last point of our topic, i.e. Depression. We already going through What’s the Depression, Causes of Depression and Symptoms of Depression. The one who missed kindly follow below link. 




Following are the ways to overcome from Depression. It actually works, if you give try. So, the one who feels low by any of the reason kindly follow it.

  1. Find Inner You and Conserve it: – Had you thought, why we got depressed? Yes, exactly. When we started forgetting our inner half, we started to believe to be nothing left in the world for us. In most of the cases of depression, the one for whom it’s never easy to forget that which rarely happened with them, often finds themselves lonely and believes to be no one stand by them. But how can you forget your inner half? Finds what happened to it, and reason behind feeling low of your inner self. Your heart is too sensitive, pamper it time n again, conserve it for your betterment. Even when you see no hope to live, never upset your inner half, if it hurts, you got no chance to overcome from it. Just believe, You aren’t alone, you have your confidence, through it you can do anything, keep burning that flame of heat in your heart.
  2. Learn to Fightback: – You must have to learn to fightback. You simply can’t give up, even all odds stand against you. The winner isn’t that who won, but that who digest the winner’s attitude and loser’s gutted efforts parallelly. If someone tried to brings you down, feels low then just do one thing. Increase lit-bit your efforts to be good to them too. Be sarcastic by nature and answer them in their way. You just can’t deny that I can’t do that. You must have to otherwise that little torture of them, one day turns out to be major headache. As said Good always win Over Bad, Feel them shameful by your goodness that they will never try to screw anyone in future. Always remember, conditions aren’t always favourable, you must have to take some kind of risk. The day you give up, you started gave up on your life soon. Roar like you are still alive even when you are on the edge of Fall.
  3. Watch Funny Videos: – As said, When you smile, you can’t be sad at the same time. But the condition is that you smile from heart not fake. When you laugh, you forget for sometime that you are stressed. So prefer to watch comedy/funny videos to overcome from the plague. Made your routine to watch comedy videos at least half n hour and laugh like who cares after all. Never erase smile from your face. Another best way is, To look at the old photographs of yours, in which how happy you seem, just remind that beautiful moments of past for some time, you were definitely ended up by baggy smile on your face. Smile is the antidote of Depression, so never remove that from you.
  4. Listen Music: – Music, when it starts, we started living in that moments, aren’t we? Obviously, as said Music is the hidden boon for those who are broken by someone because it relates them to that from which they going through. Listen your favourite song on loop mode, you definitely feel energetic and confident. Sing with it, lost in it and find a new you. Revive the Music, Relieve the Life. If Smile won’t cured everything then Music can and if music won’t then Smile would definitely. Music is like a confidence booster, one would simply can’t deny to lip sync that lyrics which once they heard on repeat. Listen it, how long you want to be.
  5. Be a Killer of Overthinking: – If you want to successfully overcome from depression then be ready to cross out the knife through your mind. Just forget what happened to you and what will happened to you in nearest future. Just Take care of your today, and let it washed out all unnecessary thoughts from it. As far as you thinking beyond your capacity you will trapped in your own trick. Thinking is good but overthinking is that much bad that, it actually outshines every good moment of yours. It removes your smile, it removes your feeling, it removes your joy. In short it made you Dry like Desert, which had no end except one. If you reach there, even by mistakenly then it’s very hard to get back on track.
  6. Stay in Touch with Close Ones: – We human must have some people with whom we can share anything without any shame, without any doubt, without any hesitant and without any fear. When one is surrounded by them, one feel safe and secure, one finds world beautiful and liveable one. It’s always helpful that when people talk to them, they believe to be there are someone who listen to their word, who understand their feeling, who valued their emotions. When one shared their words, well-wisher always tried to guide them to light from darkness, but for that you have to be that One of someone too, are you? Just try to be loyal to at least one, at least with your heart.
  7. Cry: – Sound funny, right? One finds it crazy that we already learn to smile to overcome from this issue then how can cry helpful in it? But how can one forget that, When we cry, not only tears but the forbidden pain of ours also comes out gently and gradually. Cry, as long as you want. It isn’t the sign of weakness but it is sign of that now you are stronger to face the world because the pain is already vanished and you are refill with your confidence. The one who consider cry as weakness, will definitely weak by mind. Cry release the stress stayed in ones; it also helps people to vanishes the all bad memory with flowing tears.

Apart from that various kind of Physical exercise, Meditations, Routine hangout with friends, exploring the nature are some handy suggestions to overcome from this issue. Psychiatrist, only helpful when you really need them otherwise some home remedies are enough to get superiority over your depressed self. Stay safe, stay healthy both Mentally n Physically!!

Depression: The Modern Plague!!

Anyways let’s get back to today’s topic, most demanding topic and concerning as well, Depression. What’s that? We all are aware from it, but couldn’t able to express it, right? And that’s the harsh reality that we are scared to confess that Yes, I’m depressed. The more you try to pressed, the more you depressed. We human surrounded by so many people around us but no one is available when we badly need at least one with whom we share our words, our sorrow, our feelings, our mindset, our situation. Money, Power and Dignity isn’t enough to be happy, if you aren’t happy with your inner half anymore. So, let’s start from the bottom,

Depression: – When the person sad deeply somewhere in inner self, when the fight of Heart & Mind is actually on another level and hesitant  to express that what he/she wants, what makes him/her monotonous gently, which leads him/her to loneliness in crowd, how he/she separated from rest of the people, won’t be able to find out the answers, believes him/herself to be there where he can able to see one way only, to shorten the life and finds the peace which, in this life isn’t possible for him/her. He/ She noticed everything, they surrounded with, they also know that they aren’t in good condition – both mentally and physically, they want to express those unspoken words but scared to be spoken. When they find themselves alone even, they are surrounded by people.

He/she need just one person to share those feelings, those words, those dried emotions, but not succeeded in that and from there they often find themselves into more trouble. They need one, but that wasn’t the whole truth although!! They need actually three, to convinced, to listen what he/she wants to show, to express. First Heart and Soul & finally the person who stand by him/her. If they won’t find anyone, anymore, they gonna soon thinking to complete their life chapter in any manner, for any matter.

“The one who already made his/her Mind to Die finds many Reasons for it but won’t able to find out that one which proves enough to save his/her life.”

Sometimes people try to be that which they aren’t actually. They hide their real identity and prefer to stay in fake reality. They know it goings to be hurt, but not much aware that it will change their life, even they have to take decision to end it. They became villain of their life, by co-incidentally but they are. They taken the decision so they must have to face the consequences of it, no one would run away from it.

If you had guts to play with your Mind, then also be ready to pay for your mind. If you screwed it, it’ll definitely screwed you, even more than what you actually did to it. You know it going to be crazy then why you taken that type of fierce steps? Did you forget, your mind isn’t yours. You are of your mind. Actually, you aren’t either of your heart too, it’s already beating for someone else, don’t you remember? Nothing is yours except your soul, that too till you are alive. Listen everything, everyone but Never consider that which lost your control on your crazy mind, which can possibly cost your heart, and hurt your soul the most.

Right now, in the world, everyone has one power in themselves by default. To judge people either to themselves or someone else. If you start judging yourself then it’s really great way as you want to improvise yourself but at the same time there’s very thin line between Improvisation and Depression. If you start overthinking without having a proper idea about something then probably you gonna sink, no one would never ever gonna save you. If you lost somewhere then you must have to try to find the way out. If you just sat and waiting for someone then you won’t stay long. Same happens in Depression, If you can’t stop judging yourself you won’t able to overcome from it. Stop your mind and try to restart it.

Have you worked on P.C./Laptop/MacBook? You aware from that whenever system gets load, opens up so many programmes at the same time, it’ll started stuck/hang during it’s functionalization. If you won’t take proper, immediate step/action then it’ll stop running and soon you ended up bare hand and upsetting. Same happens with Mind too. If you give too much load to your Mind, it will get confused, tried to give signals to you as well but still if you won’t take instant necessary steps it’ll go crazy, and soon made your life, a living hell.

In short Depression is nothing but when you gave so much pressure to your mind to think that which is still not happens in reality, it adversely affects your body, your mindset, your thinking capacity and your heartbeat. Don’t forget to clean up the cache – temps, the unnecessary confused thought from your mind. If you can’t trash it, then only trash will be come out from you as well.

The other way to fight against it is to Restart your mind, sounds silly but just try to delete all those thoughts from your mind which is practically Impossible. That’s the sacrifice you have to give, if you want to live. Reboot your body system and forget who you are before system rebooting. If you won that race, you had guts to face.

Yes, I know in my previous post I had announced about the upcoming post about 7 Ways to deal with Depression but while writing that, I just realize that how people knows that they are stressed, depressed and how they trapped into it gently? So, my mind insisted me to start from its small particle, the process of it, causes of depression n all. Sorry if I upset your curiosity, but really, it’s necessary to know the basic about it. If you don’t know how you depressed and if you really depressed or not then those ways won’t help at all. In the next post we’ll see the causes/reason of Depression, followed by ways to deal with Depression.
