Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. It’s been hard for me to post even on Sundays, that I hardly gets time from studies. Yes, I’ve Finals in June and don’t ask about the preparation!! It’s super crazy and roller coaster ride of all the subjects. (In one second I am on Finance & Taxation and in another I heads to Laws and Compliance.) So in case, if I omit to post on Sundays, please forgive me. I am informing you this because I am not sure either, whether I am able to continue or not? Maybe a lit break. (a small 2 Months pause.) I am also not wants to stop but situation isn’t in my hand. I am trying my best, not to miss a chance to post on Sunday. Hope this will be mere assumptions!!

Anyways let’s have a quick eye on major news around the corner from the past week. After France, Canada‘s Ontario to be put under lockdown for 28 days to tackle COVID-19 Situation. Sikh Man goes missing in Pakistan’s Peshawar. Earthquake of magnitude 4.3 hits Afghanistan on Thursday Morning. 4 Dead, including child, in California office complex shooting. Donald Trump Jr. buys a mansion 20 miles from Mar-a-Lago. Egypt may seek $1 Billion in compensation for Suez canal crisis. John Kerry to visit New Delhi, UAE and Dhaka. Brazil detects new coronavirus variant similar to South African. Horrifying violence in Myanmar has killed at least 43 Children. Mashreq appoints Mohua Sengupta as the Managing Director for Mashreq Bangalore. Serbia’s Firefighters auction Ronaldo’s Armband to help sick boy. Champions League and IPL both will be back into actions from the next week onwards, i.e. 6th April and 9th April respectively.

The series is quite long but that’s how the journey of an Entrepreneur, isn’t it? As you all know already, We’ll try to cover all the important points through this beautiful journey with some live illustration of real life. Today I won’t start any new topic, but we will see what we have learnt till now? A kind of revision of the last 6 session. Or say a quick highlight of all the lessons we learnt and come to know about it by different aspects of it in our life. The series isn’t just useful to an Entrepreneurs but it also helpful to general people as well. There’s everything for you. If you want advise then it’s there, if you want opinion it’s there, if you want challenge it’s there, if you want to know people and their mentality it’s there. So let’s kick start our session of the day. This one is for all those who missed and for all those who wants to revise all the topic.

In the very First session, we came across the importance of Money and its different meaning for different people. We all want Money, the Universal Truth. No one can never denies that they aren’t in need of money, even though they have a lots of. After all who dislikes it? We all know that Money can’t buy happiness and joy but it can be source of happiness and bit of satisfaction. The greed is not bad but just hoping for the money by sitting in the corner, will always let you down. For Money you have to work. Not only you, the one who wants it, must have to do some work because there is a one rule of Money, If you can’t get it, you can’t have it anymore. Having Money and Wishing Money, we all lies somewhere between there, right?

In the Second session, we came across that what are the areas of an Entrepreneurs. Issues and Problems, if you are able to detox it, you can do anything. Nothing is impossible, all you have to do is that to give an attempt by thinking from mind and parallelly following the heart. When you start something, only you knows the answer, you have to provide solution for the benefit of large group of people so that they also comes to know that, solution is within their reach, all they lack is a foresight of vision. You have to show them the light, they are searching for. Sometimes the absence of light leads them to darkness not the efforts.

In the next session We come to know about the Challenges one may came across during their journey. We absolutely don’t like. Above and all, that’s not the sole reason. Many people just can’t be able to find one reason to like it. And for Entrepreneurs, it works exactly in opposite manner. They can’t find single reason to hate challenges. Each and Every challenge, make them more firm believer that they can brings out the best out of the waste. Waste isn’t waste until you taste, isn’t it? Likewise for challenges. It’s not challenge, which just omit to change you. Change for Challenge and Challenge to Change, it’s up to you.

In the following session, we comes to about the experience and it’s important in the life. Each Experience is the key of the subsequent step. Failure plays a major role in the same. If you find the way out without failure it’s good but if you find the way out with failure it’s the best, because it comprise experience within it. In long run, experience always outshine the skill and talent of one. Experience not just changes you, it also amends your efforts, your direction and sometimes your perspective too. If something good happens by the change then it’s good, right? Experience is able to bring that good into you.

Then in the subsequent session we talk about failures and different type of people, right? We all like to see Dreams, but we are more or less Daydreamer, aren’t we? If Dream is good what we do? We wish, we could complete that and what if Dream was bad? We just hope it ends soon. The same happens with us, i.e. Human who are Entrepreneur. Dreams are good but often we considers it into Reality and vice versa. If you really saw a Dream, irrespective of Good or Bad, try to complete it. If you succeed then it’ll gives you immense happiness, pleasure and joy. Would you like that? Off course we are meant for that!!

And in the last session we came across very very important part of the journey, i.e. risk. Do you able to find any similarities between Risk and People? Okay, let’s see. The First Point Like Risk, people are also unpredictable. You can’t simply say that people will act in that manner in that particular situation. So does the risk, you have no idea when risk will exist, right? The second point, Risk and People both are Perpetual one. One can’t say that risk will be for sometime, Risk is there forever, if you are still living. Third one, Risk and People inspires you in some or other way to dedicate towards your goal otherwise you will be fell in no time.

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you are good and well wherever you are in the world. The other day when I was studying late night, I came across such a beautiful reality. May be many of you also observed the same. The World looks too pretty when there’s no Noise, irrespective of any kind. Sleeping is indeed a best medication one can follow on regular basis. And absolutely there are so many benefits of the same, right, starting with the above I mentioned already. Nature was Beautiful, is Beautiful and will always be Beautiful. There are we human who tried our heart out to demolish the beauty of it. Look If Nature will going to be Deteriorate then You’ll be Depreciated much faster than that.

Anyways, Let’s Have a look on the major events of the world from the past week. China approves plan to control upcoming Elections in Hongkong. Brazil plunges into crisis as a second wave and deadly new variant overwhelm hospitals. Japan marks 10 years since Triple Disaster killed over 18K People. Israeli PM cancels historic UAE trip, citing disagreement with Jordan. Nasa releases first sound from surface of Mars. Most distant cosmic jet discovered 13 Billion Light-years away. 15 Dead and over 100 Wounded in Equatorial Guinea explosions. Switzerland votes to ban face covering including Burqas. Juventus and FC Barcelona both were knocked out from the UEFA Champions League of this Season, that means No Ronaldo or No Messi Show there will be, after 16 Years!!

So it’s been a quite a long since we started our Journey of to be a virtual Entrepreneur. In previous 3 sessions we overcome all the issues faced by an Entrepreneur, right? In case you missed it, don’t worry, just follow the link mentioned below. As we know being an Entrepreneur is not an easy work. But at the same time, if you followed below mentioned points you’ll definitely something in hands, either an Experience or a Preperience. Many of you might not aware from the word. It’s a new word, more precisely authenticated one. We’ll soon understand the meaning of the same. In last session we came across the critical part of to be an Entrepreneur, i.e. Challenges. Today we will go more further in that particular topic and understand how it will affect us in both the manner viz. Directly and Indirectly. As an Entrepreneur, One can only move ahead if they really know how to tackle the particular situation and how to get control over situation without being panic. It seems like you are on the path of Lava, where on each and every step you find, a Throat-cut Competition from the people, place, price, government and several other factors.

We all know that We all learn at least something from experiences or such incidents happens with us in our life, right? It’s called Experience, Do you know why? Because we passed through such situations, then adopt something from that (a lesson or a value), and then applied the improved strategy in the following attempt, right? As a Fresher we are New, so we don’t have much idea about some situations/ conditions. Sometime We only better with Something in mind, Anything in Heart and Everything in Soul. Got it? No? Okay let’s understand it with one illustration.

Assume You are the Player (Either of Cricketer or Footballer). You know before heading towards International Career one has to Play some County or Club Matches, right? But Do you know what will happen if he/she aims to play direct into International Team? Look when you are play for County or Club, at that stage, remember the important thing here, You are Learning there. As your County/Club level Performance will decide your next destiny. It’s called Preperience. Preperience in that term, because you are about to gain some practical knowledge, relevant skills in such field before launching something to a bigger level. Preparedness is important here, that how well prepared you are to take some calculated risk.

In above case, If someone planned to move directly into International Matches, there are less chances that you’ll succeed there. As one has no experience of Pitch Condition, Weather and has no idea about Strength-Weakness of Opponent player’s, in such cases the risk factor is definitely high. One more thing, if you perform poor then there are less chances that you’ll get another chance to represent your country on International level. Remontada will always be your dream, but unfortunately you can’s do anything. Experience of International Matches and Preperience of Local Games will definitely plays an important role.

“When Preperience meet with Experience, it’ll create the magic of Resilience.”

In general understanding, Preperience can be defined as the Adaptability of one in such a manner that will make an immediate impact on something. Preperience and Experience both are different terms but both are Interchangeable and Interdependent. When you say you are Prepared but not Experienced, and vice a versa, that won’t work actually. A proper combination of both is required and at the same time it’s hard to find – follow. Preperience not just help to overcome some issues faced by you on initial stages but also finds or assist to find some solutions for improvement and betterment in certain areas.

Preperience not just helpful in initial stages but also helpful while following some ongoing path. Maybe Experience can be proven as a Key of success but what about Preperience? If one is Experienced but not able to adopt the decision in right time and in right manner then it’ll of no use. Preperience is almost parallel to Experience. It’s not wrong to say, Maybe more important than Experience. Maybe Experience Provides you the Framework but if you aren’t good enough to execute the same then does that any mean of? Absolutely no.

Preperience is equal to Pre Experience. It is the stage or phase which is upmost necessary for your Development and Growth. If you remained underdeveloped it’s hard to gone through Experience. In the same way Entrepreneur must have quantum of Preperience, before undergone such relevant experience. No doubt experience will definitely helps you, but the point here is that developed some skills of yours. If you really know yourself then try to reckon what you like and what kind of improvements are needed in yourself. Because you can’t expect everything from others, you have to be MASTER in something. And how can be you MASTER?

Yeah, We are Learn with Experience but can’t omit the importance of Preperience either. As an Entrepreneur, definitely you lack some experience but with the help of optimum Preperience, you can bridge that gap in likely manner. Many Study also proves that the People who makes Practice before the Match gets Qualitative advantage over the other People when actual Performance measured. Your game will definitely improved if you practiced well, which ultimately reflects in your Performance.

Hello guys, What’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. It’s already been 2 Months and we even don’t realize. Have you? Time is really flying now a days, and as soon as days are passing in this kind of lightning speed, tension of mine is increasing day by day in the same way. I’ve Final exams in June of my Professional Course, namely CMA (Yes I am future Cost Accountant, and maybe that’s more surprising for you if you don’t read Face behind the Blog page). After postponing for a year (June 20 Term was Cancelled by Institute itself due to COVID and skip the January Term due to personal reason) , but now I can’t afford more delay in the same. Apart from that many obligations to fulfill in upcoming months but that’s how the life act, right? We just react to accordingly, that’s all. So in short it’s up to us how and when we set up our priorities and completed the same in most optimum way.

Anyways let’s have an eye on major events of the world from the past week. On Thursday a Powerful Quake hits near New Zealand, warning of Tsunami issued for the same. Legislation on H-1B Visas introduced in US Congress. UN Tells Myanmar military to “stop murdering” Protestors after 38 death in a single day. Saudi Arabia Government made it clear that only those vaccinated against COVID-19, will be allowed for Hajj. 317 Schoolgirls abducted in Nigeria. 2 US Navy Warships in Mideast affected by Corona virus. World’s first space hotel with Artificial Gravity expected to open in 2027. Former President of France Nicolas Sarkozy sentence to imprisonment in Corruption case during his tenure. Pope Francis Travels to Iraq on a mission of Healing. Scientist discover 3 Deep-Sea sharks that glow in Dark. India Setup a Final Birth against New Zealand in First ever WTC ((World Test Championship) at Lords in June 2021, after defeating England in recent Test Series.

Anyways let’s move towards to the next part of our ongoing Sunday topic, i.e. Entrepreneur, The New Age Profession. Many of you might be aware that we had start the series on Entrepreneurship in which we will going to try cover all the points through its root. In previous Two Amazing Session we came across some critical points which one may face and denied them to their path, their goal. Challenges, who likes it after all? We all tend to prefer easy work in which there are less efforts, less risk and return is as parallel to the high risk. Aren’t we? Yes, we all are. If something isn’t good or in which we aren’t comfortable, we prefer to leave that. Some leave after giving some attempts and some surrender with ease to this. Here problem isn’t problem. Problem is that we leave something because we are lazy enough or habitual in regular cum boring work. If something tries to stop us, instead of to move ahead we happy to pause there. Because we are lazy, aren’t we? The very first motto of to be Entrepreneur is that Never Stop your Mind to learn new. If you Learn Few, chances are there that you’ll definitely earn few.

It’s shown that the people who scare to take any challenges often ends up in bare hands and won’t get enough hike in their respective career as assumed by them. But do you know why we people feared to take this kind of challenges which have power to change our live upside down and vice versa? No we don’t know actually. Since Childhood, we learnt one thing from our parents that to apply defensive strategy. If something bad had happened then their parents are there to help them and to find a way out for them. It’s obvious that as a parents they have worry of their kid, but how will they grow if you don’t provide them a chance?

In Today’s world most of the parents taken care of their Kid’s all good and bad. It’s really good though in some aspects but remember There will be the Days or Situations where you’ll not be available for them, so think what they’ll do without you? Do they succeed in their path, they are on at current? The chances are less because they didn’t know how to take decisions or say they aren’t aware regarding what to do next if some spontaneous situation will arrive. In addition to that they are inexperienced, it will be definitely major setback for them. So teach your Kid, since childhood itself that you have to do on your own, because there will some situations/days where even your shadow will not be with you. You have only Support of yours, that’s all.

If you teach your Kid in that way then definitely they will learn in phase manner. No argue that they will fail in initial stage but where the actual situation will arise they will perform exceptionally well. At least far better than nothing. “Always better to have some bucks than the Empty Pocket!!” Look Confidence is not just Feeling, it’s whole process From to do something positively to Finishes it off with flying colors. When you are confident enough that yes, you can do at your own then might it’ll be consume some of your time in starting but after consecutive steps with consistency, you’ll reach there with smile face. At that time, Do you know what you will remind first?

You’ll remind that at the time you are nothing. You are almost like piece of shit. There’s no one for you even in some cases your parents also leaves you. You’ll remind that there’s night, a Long- Large Night, where everything seems blurry even though there’s enough Power supply. You’ll remind that Once you are nearest to give up almost, but there are also you who rise up to the highest and remove all the barriers which seems to stop you there for always. You’ll remind that Once you also cried your heart out, because you need someone there badly for you and unable to find at least one helping hand, which heats you more to move ahead more courageously towards your ultimate goal. You’ll remind that how to turn failure into sailor, who is optimist enough to cross the ship in that Tsunami.

People with less option or backup will always finds themselves in difficulty. Because they aren’t aware about how important it is to have Back up plans. Look Conditions/ Situations/ People and Value will not be same for always. They are changing at regular intervals. if you failed to keep a pace with it, you’ll find yourself far away from your Goal. You know what is the Most Unpredictable thing in this world? People itself, we don’t have fix anything, like seriously we have nothing fix. Our Taste, Fashion, Routine, Work, Habit, all are changeable. Even though our Priorities are also changeable in day to day basis. (Some of those even don’t know about Priorities and Choices.)

We are signing off today’s Part with One Question, What you’ll choose? Study or Skill? Study is that, You particular learnt at School but for Skill, you’ve to go outside of the School. Just assume you are Good at study but don’t have relevant skill then is that make any sense? Skill is as Important as Study, maybe more than the study itself. What’s your view in that? There will be many opinions in this regard, and I personally can understand the same but before make any wrong assumptions let me clear, Study is Important. Skill is also important. But What if Study will mix up with Skill?

LIKE is the More UNLIKEABLE Now!!

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. Let’s start from the main events of the past week. Joe Biden had started new chapter of his life, as a 46^th US President, also becomes just a second catholic President after John F Kennedy. Along with Him, Kamala Harris also becomes the First South Asian Vice President of United States. India beat Australia is most famous way by conquering the fortress of Gabba, retained the Border- Gavaskar Trophy Successfully. No fall in COVID-19 infection, even though strict lockdown in the UK. Some study proves that the Scientist of Wuhan lab, had been bitten by the Bats, later on leading to spreading the infection in the world. A suicidal attack in Baghdad, after 3 years at least killed 32 people. Indian Share market first time breached the ceiling of all time high 50K Points. Chinese multi billionaire Jack Ma appears for the first time since last November, after accusing/ alleging the Chinese Government. Sri Lanka reopens for tourist after 10 Months.

Anyways let’s move towards one more interesting topic of the day, of our Sunday School!! Any guess? What we are going to talk about today? No? Alright, we’ll soon discuss it in depth. So how many of you using the Social media? Almost all of you, right? So let’s amended that question to how many of you aren’t available on Social media platform? Very few, right? We can say that we all are surrounding with so Social Media platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc. but forget to act Socially. Isn’t it? The topic of the day is the outcome of structural thinking process of my mind when sometimes ago I read that Facebook/Instagram will disable like button from it due to some really logical and sensible reasons. So before start putting opinion here let’s start from the roots itself.

FACEBOOK, the very first Social Media of the Modern Day or say the Revolution of Social Connecting. In February, 2004 a University going Student namely Mark Zuckerberg along with other Harvard College students/roommates initially launched the Facebook. The main aim of this website is to connect the long distance friend with each other so that communication process become easier and smooth. One can catch up with their friends and by that mean they can all maintain Social get to gather in most possible way. In starting phase of Facebook, the people who attending 13 years of Age only can able to registered themselves on this so called Social Media Platform, but as soon as it becomes popular among the people of 13 to 18 years of age group, their family members, their younger siblings becomes so much attractive to this new Revolutionary Social Connection.

The primary features of Facebook includes, to share Personal Images/Photo/Videos, to give/receive Like by other friend, Comment on the same, Share it with other friends and all. Subsequently other Social media platforms join the race with each other as mentioned above. They all started the rat race to provide best services to their clients and launched many other features on the same. They started providing Free Voice/Video call Services, Location sharing to their users by time being in force in early decade of 2010s. Then enters the big Players like Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn in the market and brings a unpredicted storm in the world of Social Media. At the time, Social Media isn’t remained a Social Media Anymore, it becomes a Medium of Fun, Happiness, and good time. But no one is able to know that one thing is swiftly takes place there in hidden mode, The Greed which leads to Lust, which leads to the Jealousy!!

Justin Rosenstein, Assistant Developer of the Like button of Facebook, opened up in public regarding misgiving of it in late 2019. At the time he told that Social media becomes too addictive that one people can do anything for it. The words aren’t wrong in anyways, if you don’t believe please watch Social Dilemma, at least once, the mirror image of ourselves truly reflecting there. He said in the documentary too that we Human lost control on ourselves, and can breach any limit for that mule. Social Media is just a medium to connect with each other but no one really no ones care about the consequences of it. We never ever try to reveal the dark side of it. It is Harmful but we find Peace there, right?

Like, Comment, Share. These are some basic features of any Social Media Platform. Everyone starts giving and receiving lots of likes and comments over pictures/posts of their or of others, at this point of time everything looks good and well planned strategy of different Social Platforms but no one give an attempt to recognize the real shit behind that Like, Unlike game. People becomes Jealous by seeing the less likes on their post compared to the likes received by their friends. They feels tense, unsecured and went into depression by not getting enough likes on their post. They start judging themselves which creates the highest level of soreness into one. The platforms which are created for Fun becomes the Deadly Nun!!

Over the year ago, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook make a statement (Not in Public in Private) that sooner like button will be disappeared from the Facebook, in Instagram subsequently. After one year, i.e. January 2021, Facebook rolls out new designed pages and drops the LIKE button from it. The initial process was start in US, then it will cover all over the world, isn’t it Good? See late is good than Never. No doubt it’s like to bridge a Pool after Rain, but at least from now the like-unlike game will going to stop. On the other side it will definitely adversely impact on Social media Influencer, but for the sake of whole community one can’t simply Grow!!

Look, Like Matters but always in right Manners!! If you wish that, which is almost impossible then No matters Who You Are, chances are more that you’ll be sink if you madly follow something or already became insane. There are certain rules, norms of social media to follow, if you are really using the so called SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM!

Don’t go crazy after Likes, Comments and Connections. They all are Marketable!
Don’t believe everything is True if it possess high volume of Likes.
Likes for Likes then what for Unlike? Is there any option except Leaving?
Like only what you Like, not what other forces you to Like either Directly of Indirectly.
Remain Social Media, just a Medium of Fun and Entertainment.
One Like is enough to ruin your whole Social Status, you made on those platforms.

Solution: So Much talk about the good and bad effects of using the Social Media Platform’s feature but in the end we all are looking for the solution, aren’t we? And any guess what is that Solution? So the solution here is that, Like Button should be there but the No. of likes only visible to the person who post/publish something. Hello Guys, what’s up? Hope you all are fine and good by, mentally and physically, that wherever you are in this world. Time really flies that we don’t know that it’s been already passed a half month in a New Year, 2021!! Did you find any clue that how and when it happened? No, right? Absolutely, Time Flies in Good Days and Time infected by Paralysis in Bad days, that’s what we human think, that’s what our mentality, right? We all want good and happy days but those are the bad days which genuinely rises morale of ones and actually able to generates the best outcomes from one, isn’t it? Yes, it is. We all want Good Days, but it’s not Possible without Hard Days. If one want Shadow then first one must have to plant a seed to get future benefit from it. If one wait for others then they will never find the possible peace in their life. Work for Good Days by gently turning the bad days into Fortune!!

It’s Sunday, so let’s start our lesson of the day and pay attention towards one more interesting topic of the day. SYNERGY. what is actually mean by it? Any guess? Anyone from Finance or Commerce Background, have any words to say on the said term? No? Yes? Confused? No worries at all, that’s why we all are here, right? To learn something New everyday from others in possible easiest way. Okay, So yeah SYNERGY is a Finance Term. The other day when I was studying, went through this term(Previously I know it but not focused on it properly), finds good one to penned down the thought on the same and suggest the benefits of it. (Apart from Study Curriculum.) So are you guys ready? The one who already knows it can ignore or continue reading, if any mistakes/error/recommendation they find then feel free to share it in Comment Section, and the rest of the people who didn’t know can stuck to it, it’s really interesting topic, you’ll find when you read it wholly and understand the same.

Generally in simple Mathematical Calculation what is 1+1=?, The answer for it will be 2, right? The other may say 11, right? But what if it’s 3? Have question, right that how’s it possible that 1+1=3? It is possible. It is said the Synergy effect. In simple terms, When More than One person/people, organization or corporation merged with another for one or another kind of benefit they are anticipating for future, when rises in their profit is predicted in current date by assembling both of them for future is known as SYNERGY. Due to that merge, the effect in their performance will definitely be increased, if not then there’s no need of that Merger, right? So in short, When More than One Person/Organization/MNCs merged with another for the benefit of them by mutually agreement, later on becomes official through following Compliance and Procedure for the same is called Synergy effect.

The main thing here is that When both are separate the profit was divided between two but what will happened when both decided to work together? It’s like when they are separate they enters into close competition with each other and due to that their profit sharing will be downgraded and very less profit margin by either one’s good performance or bad performance of another. Their client base will be same because of their Goods or Services. And as it said The Profit of One Definitely incurs Loss for another. So yeah one will be regressive and another will be progressive one. Their clients were divided due to this and gradually decrease in their profit. But if they decided to work together rather than separately, they will definitely do good business. The capacity of one is limited so when one or more People/Org/MNCs comes together then their capacity increases and affects enormously in upcoming years. If one is incurs 30% Gain before Merger and another incurs loss of 20% so net margin here will be (30-20=10) then after merging their possible outcome will be more than 10% for sure due to SYNERGY effect.

The same followed in Human life also. As said Strength and Capacity of one is limited to certain ceiling level, they will be in reverse mode from that highest level if any wrong decision consider and execute the same by them. It’s becomes more frustrating when your competitor continuously doing good and one mistake of your leads you to unwanted path. Though at the same time it’s not necessary that one has to combine with another. It’s vital and crucial decision to make for any People/Org/MNCs whether to merge or not. There are lots of Individual person who succeed on their own. But still SYNERGY, the term itself sounds like Super Energy, don’t you find it? At the same time it’s not an easy process to find suitable People/Org to proposed them for merging and dividing the PL(Profit-Loss) thereon.

Synergy isn’t just mean to Co-operate with one another. It teaches a lots of lessons along with regarding Facing and Finding Solutions of Queries. It also means to value the opinion of others, to adopt the ethics of each other, working style, etc. Synergy helps in many ways in regular life. If one decides to stay alone, work alone, invent alone then he/she will be remain a lone for always. But what if decided to stay together with others, works together? Yeah Profit or Loss will be lower in beginning but after sometime the real outcome will surely comes out due to that effect. Look there is always some difficulties in starting period but as soon as you are stable on the pitch, you are able to know that where the WIND is? You’ll just have to work in that way(wind), so that in less combine efforts you will be paid off in most efficient and effective way.

In the world of Entrepreneurship everyone wants to be Entrepreneur but it’s not as simple as that. It’s truth that it is possible but Entrepreneurs aren’t alone always there to brings Success, there are some unrevealed/hide/mask people behind it who works continuously for them. SYNERGY not only learns to Collects a good amount of Profit from large Customer base, it also shows the Capability of both for decision making, their mutual understanding and courage they shown to come together as Single Giant instead of Two Small Rats.

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are fine and well wherever you are in this pandemic. Maybe 2021, had started showing its magic, don’t you think? Okay let’s start count: After all the propaganda Trump had accept the loss of US Presidential Election to Joe Biden. Elon Musk surpassed the Jeff Bezos, in richest of the World, who stuck to No. 1 Position from past 3 Years. Vaccination process had been started in many countries. First salary of 2021 also credited in bank account for many of us. Though there are still so many countries like Germany, US, UK, France, who fought with COVID-19, which again went into Lockdown due to second wave of Pandemic. Definitely don’t take your freedom granted this day, it’s too precious. One only knows the value of it if they lose it to someone/something, right? So please worth your freedom.

Anyways let’s comeback to one more interesting topic of the day. Yes, this is different than the one which I told you in the last blog but seriously this week had been so hectic that I couldn’t get enough time to think about the subject matter of Love Jihad. In addition to that it is so sensitive matter to write on, so I made my mind to give specific time to it, for its research and only then I’ll write on that. It’s not been easy for me either to think about the other subject, all I can do is to write on some specific topic and make value of it. Apart from that I don’t want to end my streak to post blog on Sunday, so please don’t mind if you are hoping the main subject matter. So let’s quick start our today’s session about experience.

Experience what is mean by it? In simple terms “To have some basic knowledge about something or someone”, right? Absolutely, it’s right in that short term if you are trying to explain someone but in reality it’s too broad and wide concept one can came across. “Experience is the way of having some knowledge about some particular person/place or theory, how much possibility are there to fluctuate that and how much you hedge to deprive your feasible loss to prepare for the same or likewise situation.” So one can said that One must have to come across some practical issues on first sight, focused themselves to find some solution in second step and the way you approach in third stair will be your experience to do some work effectively and efficiently.

In this world, We all called Experienced one, right? But how much experienced we are that we made one mistake again and again, on continuous manner, simultaneously. Maybe form or nature would be different then the previous one, even though the person but we often trapped in someone’s trick and called ourselves Experienced, isn’t it sound foolish rather than experience? Yes, we can said that each and every experience learnt us something but there is difference between Experience and Foolishness, right? Absolutely, as there is very thin line difference in between those two terms, we people often give name our foolishness to experience, right? And how much fair it is though?

No offence, sorry!! If you hurt, by reading so. Take another look. What will you do when someone betrays you, and trash you like dust? Is it Experience or Foolishness? Look if you are facing this as newbie, then it’ll consider as an Experience but if you are an Old Player of the Game then the said thing will be considered as Foolishness, whether you believe or not. Look it can be in anything, In Love – In Work – In Friendship – In Relationship or even in irrelevant matters if that possibly going to affect you in any manner. Will you able to find the difference here? Experience can be with anyone in anything, on first instance only but if you experienced that again and again with same outcome then don’t understand yourself a Good Gambler.

“Some are Skilled But Unexperienced, All are Experienced yet Unskilled

If you can’t be Anyone, Be a Hybrid version of it, Skeprienced”.

Thus the message here is that don’t be fool enough that you can’t be able to recognized that one is just trying to use you and the other is really taught you something. The one notable point in experience here is that it can be with multiple people while everyone can’t make you fool. In other words, every experience may be lead you to foolishness but not each and every foolishness act considered as an Experience. If everyone is good enough to make you fool then they aren’t at fault, may be. It’s you who taken granted yourself, present yourself to someone to take benefit of yours, right? Maybe this sounds crazy but literary there are many people who done this in actual life, we don’t know the exact amount though!!

Look have an Experience is really really good thing. Though it make difference that how would you able to identify it, compensate yourself in most possible way. It also shows how optimist one is, to learn something from that particular experience. Life is full of ups and downs, so it’s obvious that we have so many experiences throughout it, right? Look failing in something or someone continuously is also Good but how long and how far it would be fair enough for the people who gone through it without success? Experience not just boost your confidence, it also shows your courage, your guts and your positivity to stand again on your own feet without any fumble.

Abraham Lincoln, the best and foremost illustration of Dedication and Experience. He faced many failures and obstacle throughout his life but the outcome he had received creates history. It’s up to you that how well you turned your Failure into Success, your Experience into an Opportunity and your Obstacle into Companion of your Journey. Self Experience can be prove painful, harmful in first time but it’s worthy as it realize us that how much we are ready to accept it for the next time and gone through it. Always remember to have and to know something both are just different things, it up to you how would you able to recreate or relieve the same.

Experience plays a Big and Essential Role in your SUCCESS! Won’t Believe? Okay, so how many of you have succeeded in very first attempt? Mere silence, yeah. You feel? That’s the value of Experience. One can’t Succeed If they Can’t Experience the Failure, If they can’t Experience the Customer Relationship, If they can’t Experience the Self Worth of Positivity, If they can’t Experience the Experience. Experience teaches you that something not done in that manner then it should be done in another, it also taught the HUMAN without an EXPERIENCE is nothing but a Flower of Barren Land!!

“THERE IS NO BOOK AS GOOD AS EXPERIENCE.”

How Long Should be the GRIEF?

Hello Guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. Wow, finally the last week of the year, can’t express how much happy and optimist I am, not because it’s ending, but in hope of something New and Fresh is on its way. Whatever, let’s see what’s going on, we all are here in bad times and in good times too, right? Not Expect always, sometime just learn to Accept as it is. Life is Risky or Uncertain? Can anyone have answered it? Maybe it’s hybrid version of it, Risktain, which surprises all of us in regular intervals. It’s risky as well as uncertain, because certain risk we known but not able to act accordingly and some are unknown, which apparently goes unnoticed and their starts the roller coaster ride of it, the hanging garden of Life and Death. But really that’s the real fun of life, if we already know the risk then we would never try to go ahead on that path, right? Some risk we take just to prove that we are fearless, but in fact there’s no one scared and kindhearted than us, who stuck between True and Lie, Life and Death.

Anyways let’s move towards one more interesting topic of the day. More precisely, It’s continuance of the last topic, the inevitable truth of Life, The Death. We would start from there, okay. In last topic we see with illustration that No one here is come with a boon of Immortality, everyone passed their respective life and say goodbye to life and all. Grief, there should be existence of it, everywhere right? Because we human made for that. Is it true? Yes or No? Maybe Yes and Maybe No. But Yes, will be overruled No here. Until and Unless we aren’t sorrow or feel bad from heart, we won’t get satisfactory sleep. Can understand that it’s heartbreaking to lose someone who is close to us, but the real question is How Long should be the GRIEF here? Are we made to stuck there for remaining days of our whole life? No, right? Then Wake up, Gets up and Fetch up.

Life isn’t mean to take unnecessary pause. Look Life is like marathon among all of us. The difference is that No Victory flag is here. Many comes, many performs and left, that’s all. So if some left in between somewhere, means to stop all others? No, not at all, others should have to keep running till the last breath. No Referee here, all are equivalent to each other. No doubt there will be so many hurdles in between that but you must have to go through it, because if you don’t, you’ll probably going to stop, and unnecessary stop not acceptable in any manner here. Though that doesn’t mean one can’t stop, they only stop if they can resume it again, if they won’t be able to resume then possibly it should be their last DESTINY.

So if someone left you in between, what you choose? To Stop with them and also accept the DESTINY of them for yours too or to run until you reached to your DESTINY? Apparently, many will go with second one, but you know what the problem here is? The problem here is we wants to resume but some unnecessary power forced us to stay with them for long, and what’s that unnecessary power? The Grief, to lose someone in mid-way and false hope of them to coming back to you. Yes, we will obviously hurt but we just can’t get over that situation to us and gently becomes one of them. As discussed above there will be so many hurdles awaits you to slow you down so why to gear down and be the sole reason of downfall of us?

If we lose somewhere, whether in Love or Game, definitely hurts us a lot, we cried out heart. We feel shamed and stressed. So yeah, we will definitely have some bad time, But the real question here is that for how long time we should take to outshine that situation, which already handcuffed us from upside down? It’s up to us how we takes things, make, and maintains the relations, share, and care the feeling of others, so why we are not able to take decision of our UPLIFTING? Nothing will change, situations like this will always just try to stretch you to down, if you are EMOTIONAL COOL. We aren’t Emotional Fool anymore; we are upgraded ourselves from that to EMOTIONAL COOL. From outer side we very well pretend that we don’t care at all but from inner side we know the real truth, isn’t it?

Likewise if someone left us, we surrendered ourselves to GRIEF. Slowly it starts its work to make us physically Weak and mentally Leak. The moment we lost both, WE aren’t remained WE. And how can we forget ourselves, sacrifice ourselves? Is it any mean of? Not at all. You should have to get up, you should have to unleash the blanket of GRIEF. Remember your goal, you are about to compete it and you are about to complete it. If you want to cry then finalize the frame of it, it is possible. It’s difficult to remove the memory of them from ours, but you should have to otherwise it will control you. Look you have whole and sole right to mourn, on leaving of close ones, but you just can’t mean that destiny for yourself too.

GRIEF, the more time you are mourning, the more you becomes weak gradually. We know that we all have certain time limit then why not this GRIEF? It must have. Your heart beating for numerous counts, but what if it forgets to beat for just ONCE, just think about it. Your Soul will obviously in pain but how much fair is that your Heart will feel the same pain? It needs pamper when Soul isn’t under control of body. Mind knows it but here it’s unable to do anything because in such kind of situation we all becomes BRAINDEAD for some moments. Make schedule of GRIEF, and act accordingly. You’ll definitely find peace. You have to RUN, You have to FUN!

We should learn to Move On, For how long we wait for someone? That’s what Life really meant to be, to chase it without any long pause. Pain is part of Healing, because it tries to realize you that Yes, you are Hurt but not Lost. Get Up and Chase it down. You aren’t mean for lose too soon, you are more than that. Just break all the barriers which stops you, if you don’t that it’ll definitely breaks you! Time and Life Never Stop, it’s Directly Connected. If any of it stopped, another one will automatically stop working.

“GRIEF Should be in BRIEF”

Everyone Has an EXPIRY DATE!!

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. Countdown is already begun, for closing of 2020. But still this pandemic taught us so many things and the upgradation which we will going to see after 5-10 years later, but due to kindness of this pandemic it landed earlier in most possible ways, right? Who had thought the WFH (Work From Home) becomes culture? Are there any possibilities that School/College lecture becomes virtually possible? Interviews/Meeting gonna conducted Online? Who had thought that there will be One fight which every Man has to fought within themselves whether they believe it or not? We All had so many resolutions in end of 2019 for 2020, I’ll do that and don’t do that in 2020. The time is come that all that plans, and resolution should be carried forward to next year with little bit upgradation in it. 2021 will be definitely going to ours, and we make it happen in reality even though this COVID will stay with us for long. We’ll have no regrets at all. All we have would be the Result of attempting something, somewhere to someone.

Anyways let’s move towards one more interesting cum ironic topic of our human life. The title looks so informative so don’t think will have an introductory para here as well. Though belief becomes so strong after recent incidents happened in life, more precisely the past week was a terrible one as I already mentioned in post of last week that 2 of my friend’s father died on a same day, I was unaware about the same until some of our common friend had informed me about the news, eyes were opened with shocked, with a doubt and lots of scare one can find in it. How it feels when you know that you have to suffer from the same pain but don’t know when? It’s sure. It’s damn sure because that incident just proves it. Life is cruel sometimes but that what it means to be.

Literary we all have an Expiry Date, no one here is come with a boon of Immortality, right? Then why we people become so touchy with each other? Why we people make close relation with each other even we know the final destination of everyone? Why we people sink into grief after their departure? Why we cry to pain? Why we can’t stop them? So many questions but not a valid reason apart from that irony, The one who comes must has to go back. We know we have perpetual succession of generation but why we don’t able to live together for long and long without dyeing? Why one left others to their destiny? Is it necessary? Maybe Yes and Maybe No.

“One can Able to Stretch the Days But not the Time!!”

Look sometimes that void just becomes loophole of one’s downfall and sometimes people rises to the highest after knowing the fuckin truth of life that there’s no Truce between Human and Almighty, regarding life. They sent us here, then definitely they had absolute right to summon us when they wants to, right? But what if that Truce exist? It’s almost impossible, right? Boon never works for always. Take an Instance Hiranyakashipu, the evil from Indian Mythology, Who gains special powers by which he could not be killed during the day or night, inside or outside the house, any place in the world i.e. neither in sky nor on land nor in heaven nor in pataal lok, by any weapon, and by man, god, asura or animal. At the time Lord Vishnu creatively adapts into a mixed avatar that is neither man nor animal and kills the demon at the junction of day and night, inside and outside, known as Narsimha to get rid of him.(Nar means Man and Simha means Lion.) God knows that No one can deny the truth of the life even after getting best boon from themselves.

Even they can overrule their own blessing then who are we? The question rises here is quite relatable to all of us. If you are on this earth, then be ready to get back from it as well in any manners. No matter how good you are and bad you were. Nothing matters, nor your good works, neither bad one. The works you did while your existence can change your afterlife but unable to amend the current life’s rules and regulations. If one was going to die by Accident or any Disease or Killed by someone then it will happen in any manners, no one can stop it, even not who decided it. Some things are Crystal Clears, we make blind trust and tried to revise it to Clear Crystal. It only going to change your view but not the decision which was already taken.

We all are known Chess, right? But do you know We are nothing, but We all are like Pawn of Chess Board, of them Some are Knights, Some are Rooks, and Some are Bishops. We all have to defend and at the same time we must learn to attack as well but the real KING is someone else, who gets control on ourselves, on each of our activity. But you know the difference here is, that No one survives except The KING. Here the work of The KING is to invigilate the rules and regulations of the Game, not the Players. KING only knows that whatever decided by him, will be stand, no less than that- no more than that.

Expiry Date if we talks about it then let’s understand something from it. What does it actually mean? Your Existence won’t define you, until and unless someone really understand and worth your value, irrespective whether you are dead or alive. That’s the people who tries to get over you but forgets that they can’t change the law of nature. Even your time is fix and at the time you also left them all then how can you expect others will stay with you? T&C embedded on forehead of every people by the Real KING when we people are born, though not visible, did you know that?

“LIVE THE LIFE, Don’t Expect the Life. Left it to ME.”

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this week. Life is sometimes so cruel that it will testify you in many ways. For me, the past week had been a ridiculous, I mean is there something left still? 2 of My friend’s father died on a same day and I wasn’t aware about the same, until some of our common friend informed me, (Social Unavailability was also one of the reasons behind it that I wasn’t get the news of their death, major setback of Social Detox.) May those beautiful soul find rest in peace! Here people not dying to Corona, they are dying to normal disease, don’t know what the new year brings? Till now I was too hopeful that We will overcome from everything but can we able to overcome the situation like Death? The one who is come, must has to go back, we all know but why we become so touchy with them even we know the truth of Fuckin life? Yes, I am Shocked. Yes, I am too Doubtful and Yes, I am Scared too!!

Anyways let’s quickly move towards our topic of the day. In last topic we came across Quality is enough to Outshine Quantity, right? So today we’ll see one more matter related to it. Yes, there’s a phrase that Clap won’t sound with a Single Hand, everyone knows the meaning of it right? If anyone don’t know, here I’ll brief it soon but before that let’s understand something. What is one going to do if he/she wasn’t get good response from others, irrespective of work, love or for any other motto in exchange of good work? Here motto is considerable because there’s always some aim/motto of doing some work right? So definitely it will gain center stage here. Did you get the answer? No? Okay let’s try to deep dive in the subject and measure the depth of it.

We won’t create more suspense here; Co-Operation is the base of today’s topic. What is mean by Co-Operation? To give support to someone in Interrogation/ Investigation or in any kind of wok, to give best of us to them, right? In narrow term, this sounds good but if we want some broad meaning of it, what it should be like? Look in formal way, the definition is too simple one can mind it with ease but in Informal way, it is too wide, if you closely observe the Word, Co- operation, then Co stand for Combine and Operation means project, when two or more person engage in for any business relation or any other kind of then there should be fully and wholly support of both/predetermined parties in project. They should be trustworthy to themselves and can work for the benefit of their sole motto.

Let’s take an instance, You are working with someone, there is good business relationship between you and your partner, right? If One wants to stretch their relationship to next step or next level, then in which direction it will heading towards? Are there any chances that they will ended up being a close friend and do favor to each other apart from working culture? Yes, there is always possibilities that they could both ended up being best friend with each other, but ONLY and ONLY Both Wants to. Their relationship beyond work culture is notable one, they visit each other’s house on regular basis, maintain good bonding with other family members as well and in short time, they both become integral part of each other’s family. Please note here they were not in serious relationship/lovebirds, they were just regular friends who enjoys each other’s company and feels good, that’s all.

The real issue starts now, now due to some unavoidable reasons, one of them decided to stop talk with another one except business talk. The one who is still hopeful that there are some chances to get their friendship back on track, try their best but another one had given up already, then what happens next? Will another one still take any chance now? How much positivity left in them? At some point of time, he/she will also give up and agrees to their destiny. So what one will note from this instance? The simple cognition of it is there should be balance of maturity and understanding between the parties before entering into any kind of work or relation either of intentionally or unintentionally.

If one start losing faith, losing trust with others then it must be clarified in mean time. How much one tries to maintain some relationship, but if another won’t respond then there is no chance that, that relation will go further. It will deteriorate instantly, without any doubt. It depends on counterpart to respond it, show their interest too, otherwise it won’t settle for less. The efforts, the courage and the guts shown by others to maintain something won’t stay long, it should be two sided. If only you tries and another one will just wait & watch then your efforts are of no mean at all. Sometimes its preferable to move on rather than to constantly get your head on wall.

Just try to do single efforts by your end, and let the counter part stay like statue, would you think that they will end up in something fruitful? Not at all. Dual sided efforts are needed in any instance, otherwise it looks like One party cares the most and another one won’t mind at all. If you are team leader then it should be your motto to get best out of everyone, not shared any biased opinion otherwise the transparency and integrity which is base of any project will destroyed before it could be executed in real time. If you biased to someone and feels like they should treat you good always then sorry first improve yourself then expect the same from others. Mind it What you Did to someone, ready to be treated by yourself for same.

Hello Guys, What’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well in your respective lives. Life of today is really been challenging by each and every passing moment, right? What we can do though? We can live the life we wants to, we can build the life we wants to, but all that is possible only and only if we are up to the marks, even if we don’t know what’s life brings it out next. It’s your life make it large. Ply your time, feel the change and be the change.

As a human being, all we can do is to enjoy the life as much as we suffer. Life is exact mixture of that duo, The more you suffer, ready to enjoy later. But remember don’t expect Joy before Sorrow, if you can’t get through bad, maybe there’s a chances that you are going to miss the best part of life. Look life is that what you made from it and how you build it otherwise ready to live the ordinary life, lived by millions and billions people out there. So, what you choose, Live the life like rest of people or Live the life like the best of People? Whatever choose, choose wisely.

Anyways let’s move towards one more interesting topic of the day. As always today we also gonna talk about human nature. The behaviour that changes people by people, place to place and time by time. Any guess? Yeah that is much relevant to all of us in much or less manner. That also true, Because no one here is Professor by birth and no one here is dumbass by birth, it’s we the people who makes the difference, within us, to us and by us, right? So, let’s dip dive into this subject matter to learn more about it from base to know, to understand and to implement.

How many of you have seen a newborn baby? All of us, right? Okay so now the next question is How they comes into this world, in this galaxy, in this world? From their parents? By Kindness of God or Some Magic happens, and genie put them down here? It’s the whole process, right? Absolutely yes, then did you really think that new-born baby has everything before their birth? The destiny is already written down of them? Maybe yes or maybe no. So many opinions, here right? In majority times it’s up to that baby that their destiny will be decided by what they were actually doing in their respective life later on they passed on the earth.

No argue in that, that someone is wealthy by birth. There are many illustration in that regard too but If you closely eye on history then you will be able to get the reality of this world, which looks so damn beautiful from its outer panel but inside somewhere it definitely ask many sacrifices. APJ Abdul Kalam, the best example one can look forward to. He’s definitely not rich neither any background support to come ahead and penned down his name in the books of History by his acts. Wings of Fire, if you wants to know that what I wants convey you then that’s the best reference, his autobiography. Apart from him, There are many too, but I suggest that what I know certainly.

Look life is definitely not that what one had assumed to be. It always shocked people by its spontaneous acts. One should always be ready to face it. It’s not wrong to said that it’s quite similar to Roller Coaster ride. In just a second you were rise up to sky and in another you were down to hell. No one has actually real idea where their life going through. Neither we are God nor astrologer, so better to be human. If you tried to compare yourself to God, then they are always there to show you the differences between you and them. If you tried astrology, then you are obviously on wrong path. There is no one who knows yourself better than you, right? Then why to consider that fishy idea.

Astrologers, the cheap copy of God, trying to assume the life of others but in between that they forget of themselves. So that’s not the way you can look forward. Life is full of uncertainties, you by your own hand write down your story whether it’s be good or bad. Hard work, patience, and Strong will going to assist you in your endeavour. And most importantly, how can one forget the LUCK factor? It must be with you, otherwise your millions and billions of efforts won’t paid out, never ever. There should be role of LUCK in your fate, otherwise you gonna pieced off, every second, every minute, every moment you passed here. At the same time LUCK also follows Courageous, if you find something hard and give up easily then it’s not for you in any time. By experience, Luck starts to observe the same.

We aren’t Ambanis, Tatas, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Jack Ma, we are we, who is enough to make difference. They have everything because they worked for it in past for this moment they lived in today, in fact they create their own life, don’t blindfold by their success, it wasn’t overnight, there must be some sleepless nights, some freaking depressed night, some grief nights, some fearless decisions as well. All we can do is to find that small clues which lead us on to the same path. Find it, Joint it and be it. They have the digest system and metabolism to have that success, that too on constant basis. Don’t stop yourself by doing anything, until and unless it’s harmful.

Look everything needs Change. So very first let’s try to change yourself, followed by time and place. Because time and place won’t change if you, won’t think to change by yourself. When time changes taken place, Wealthier becomes penurious and penurious becomes wealthier one. Though as said earlier it won’t happen overnight unless and until you really try to be. Magic creates but there are you, who has power to create that as well. Don’t be haughty, be naughty!!

Do You know the most weird quality of humankind? Yes, you guess it right. None of us go satisfied here, the one who has everything and the one who has nothing. The one who has everything goes for more instead of to smug in what they have and the one who has nothing tried to fulfill necessity. Follow some Life hacks for beautiful life:

Take Proper unbreakable Sleep
Don’t Erase Smile from your Life
Earn Enough money to Survive.
Small is Beautiful.
If something is for all, then that doesn’t mean we all must have to use it.
Don’t feel jealous in lack of something.
