Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. It’s been hard for me to post even on Sundays, that I hardly gets time from studies. Yes, I’ve Finals in June and don’t ask about the preparation!! It’s super crazy and roller coaster ride of all the subjects. (In one second I am on Finance & Taxation and in another I heads to Laws and Compliance.) So in case, if I omit to post on Sundays, please forgive me. I am informing you this because I am not sure either, whether I am able to continue or not? Maybe a lit break. (a small 2 Months pause.) I am also not wants to stop but situation isn’t in my hand. I am trying my best, not to miss a chance to post on Sunday. Hope this will be mere assumptions!!

Anyways let’s have a quick eye on major news around the corner from the past week. After France, Canada‘s Ontario to be put under lockdown for 28 days to tackle COVID-19 Situation. Sikh Man goes missing in Pakistan’s Peshawar. Earthquake of magnitude 4.3 hits Afghanistan on Thursday Morning. 4 Dead, including child, in California office complex shooting. Donald Trump Jr. buys a mansion 20 miles from Mar-a-Lago. Egypt may seek $1 Billion in compensation for Suez canal crisis. John Kerry to visit New Delhi, UAE and Dhaka. Brazil detects new coronavirus variant similar to South African. Horrifying violence in Myanmar has killed at least 43 Children. Mashreq appoints Mohua Sengupta as the Managing Director for Mashreq Bangalore. Serbia’s Firefighters auction Ronaldo’s Armband to help sick boy. Champions League and IPL both will be back into actions from the next week onwards, i.e. 6th April and 9th April respectively.

The series is quite long but that’s how the journey of an Entrepreneur, isn’t it? As you all know already, We’ll try to cover all the important points through this beautiful journey with some live illustration of real life. Today I won’t start any new topic, but we will see what we have learnt till now? A kind of revision of the last 6 session. Or say a quick highlight of all the lessons we learnt and come to know about it by different aspects of it in our life. The series isn’t just useful to an Entrepreneurs but it also helpful to general people as well. There’s everything for you. If you want advise then it’s there, if you want opinion it’s there, if you want challenge it’s there, if you want to know people and their mentality it’s there. So let’s kick start our session of the day. This one is for all those who missed and for all those who wants to revise all the topic.

In the very First session, we came across the importance of Money and its different meaning for different people. We all want Money, the Universal Truth. No one can never denies that they aren’t in need of money, even though they have a lots of. After all who dislikes it? We all know that Money can’t buy happiness and joy but it can be source of happiness and bit of satisfaction. The greed is not bad but just hoping for the money by sitting in the corner, will always let you down. For Money you have to work. Not only you, the one who wants it, must have to do some work because there is a one rule of Money, If you can’t get it, you can’t have it anymore. Having Money and Wishing Money, we all lies somewhere between there, right?

In the Second session, we came across that what are the areas of an Entrepreneurs. Issues and Problems, if you are able to detox it, you can do anything. Nothing is impossible, all you have to do is that to give an attempt by thinking from mind and parallelly following the heart. When you start something, only you knows the answer, you have to provide solution for the benefit of large group of people so that they also comes to know that, solution is within their reach, all they lack is a foresight of vision. You have to show them the light, they are searching for. Sometimes the absence of light leads them to darkness not the efforts.

In the next session We come to know about the Challenges one may came across during their journey. We absolutely don’t like. Above and all, that’s not the sole reason. Many people just can’t be able to find one reason to like it. And for Entrepreneurs, it works exactly in opposite manner. They can’t find single reason to hate challenges. Each and Every challenge, make them more firm believer that they can brings out the best out of the waste. Waste isn’t waste until you taste, isn’t it? Likewise for challenges. It’s not challenge, which just omit to change you. Change for Challenge and Challenge to Change, it’s up to you.

In the following session, we comes to about the experience and it’s important in the life. Each Experience is the key of the subsequent step. Failure plays a major role in the same. If you find the way out without failure it’s good but if you find the way out with failure it’s the best, because it comprise experience within it. In long run, experience always outshine the skill and talent of one. Experience not just changes you, it also amends your efforts, your direction and sometimes your perspective too. If something good happens by the change then it’s good, right? Experience is able to bring that good into you.

Then in the subsequent session we talk about failures and different type of people, right? We all like to see Dreams, but we are more or less Daydreamer, aren’t we? If Dream is good what we do? We wish, we could complete that and what if Dream was bad? We just hope it ends soon. The same happens with us, i.e. Human who are Entrepreneur. Dreams are good but often we considers it into Reality and vice versa. If you really saw a Dream, irrespective of Good or Bad, try to complete it. If you succeed then it’ll gives you immense happiness, pleasure and joy. Would you like that? Off course we are meant for that!!

And in the last session we came across very very important part of the journey, i.e. risk. Do you able to find any similarities between Risk and People? Okay, let’s see. The First Point Like Risk, people are also unpredictable. You can’t simply say that people will act in that manner in that particular situation. So does the risk, you have no idea when risk will exist, right? The second point, Risk and People both are Perpetual one. One can’t say that risk will be for sometime, Risk is there forever, if you are still living. Third one, Risk and People inspires you in some or other way to dedicate towards your goal otherwise you will be fell in no time.

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing well and good in your respective life. So this past week I experienced a new rising crime towards girls of this generation, a social harassment, have you came across or heard anything about the same? In fact, it’s more surprising that the platform like LinkedIn isn’t safe at all. Yes, you are witnessing the Hard truth of today’s world. In last week, I went through almost every single day that most of the girls were getting some pathetic demand in DM on LinkedIn. Like seriously, it is not only vulgar but insane demand of such a crazy people. I don’t understand how one can be so shameless and demand like that, even you don’t know that girl(s). A campaign was running towards this, to stop social harassments! Isn’t it sound weird? What you say?

Anyways let’s have a quick eye on major news updates from the past week around the corner! In Myanmar a 7 year old girl was shot dead in ongoing protest against the government, becomes youngest victim! In Niger, 137 dead in village attack near Mali. The former US president Donald Trump is about to launch his own new social media platform soon. Pakistan PM Imran Khan Tested Positive, just after the day he took doze of Chinese Vaccine. New “Double Mutant” COVID variant found in India. Kenya orders closure of two refugee camps, gives ultimatum to UN Agency. Britain’s Queen delighted at birth of 10th great grand child. It was First time in 900 years, sleeping volcano erupts in Iceland, crowd flock to Iceland volcano for closure glimpse of Lava.

So in previous session we came across different kind of people and strategy adopted by them in achieving their goal, right? We understood each and every aspect of it very well, isn’t it? So can you able to find out, who you are? Which group are you belongs to? No, no. Don’t look anywhere, I am talking about you. Yes, you. Because You know better yourself than anyone else who you are and what you want to be, so whom you wait for this long? Get up, now it’s your time to make the change in the world. For how long, you would be dependent on another? Even the bird who wants to fly, must learnt to fly first, otherwise there is no use of its wings. So yeah today We are going to talk about a risk one may definitely came across during their journey to be an entrepreneur. As said Risk is nothing but a ability to overcome from particular situation successfully by assuming all the factors, pros and cons of the same. Apart from that risk also shows how much a people is optimistic to take it, and subsequently adopting specific precautions to mitigate it. Always remember risk can never be avoided, either it can be mitigated or can be controlled in more/less manner. Though it’s not wrong to say that risk can never be control by human being.

What is Risk? It can be defined as a “Situations or Conditions which are neither in control of people, place or party of the particular transaction.” All one can do is to take necessary steps to reduce it. It is said that there are always risk in everything, right? But does that mean that there is only a risk and no return at all? A big No. If there is risk then one can always expect a return from it. Not guaranteed return but a systematic approach towards execution of plan will definitely generate something for people. Bit difficult to understand? Don’t worries at all, we will take one appropriate illustration and try to find out the meaning of it.

Life. People said that Life is full of risk, okay? Absolutely Life has so many risk. In fact, Life itself is a big risk. How? We’ll never know what and which kind of issue is awaiting for us. Life is being so unpredictable at the time and literally no one would never gets a chance to react in time. The people who reacted in time often considered as an Expert, known as Risk Analyst. Though it can’t be said that they can be able to avoid risk. The only thing they can do better in comparison to others is that they can Analyze the whole process of risk and find out the way to make best out of Risk, more or less parallel to return.

So have you heard anytime that people who finds risk in their life, left their life? In very less scenario that could be possible. Besides all the risk, they are tried to live the best of their life. Not just best life but also try to make best out of their life in any possible manner. Above all they are enthusiast enough to break down any barrier of their path. They are scared in first sight but they are fueled which keeps them on the right direction. Sometimes they also becomes too much aggressive and just because of that they are able to survive till last. In exchange they are rewarded with a life treasure.

“From HOW to NOW and From NOW to WOW!!”

As said fate also supports them who are courageous to step out from their comfort zone. It never helps coward because coward neither knows the comfort zone and nor the limit of it. If somehow he/she tries to shattered down their comfort zone, they often falls down in the trap of heart heartedly efforts. And that’s create more trouble for them rather than helps. There is one rule of risk that one can never be under or overestimate the Risk factor. If you want return, then expect a loss first. Because to get something in return, it never comes free.

The same lies for the Entrepreneurs as well. There is wide of scope of risk in this field, instead of return and one can’t ignore the said truth. Often it seems that Risk brings more Return. Because as soon as Entrepreneurs identifies the possible areas of risk they becomes more defensive in that and adopts offensive steps for long term. They can’t afford short term benefits in shake of aggressive approach for short term. As their vision is for long term goal, they try to avoid such mistake as there is very small margin of error. They can override the short term benefit as they know they can recouped it in later stages if established well.

There will be chance of Return if there is a Risk factor. Because Risk and Return, both are side of coin. One just tossed it up and hope that it’ll be in their favor. But at the same time, it’s not easier as think, no doubt luck plays a major role but How can be one so much optimist that it will be in their favor only? What if it goes wrong? That’s the risk. You never know what will be final outcome, all you can do is just to give an efforts in right direction while considering all the possibilities whether favorable or adverse. You can be decisive but only and only you know the right decision making!!

There’s a solution of Risk apart from mitigating the same. Just assume a lit bit risk from now and reshaped yourself in that position. By doing so, You can able to live the future, in present. Not tough and at the same time not easy to execute. If one failed to measure the risk, maybe it bluffed the whole game and enough to ruined your plan consequently. Patience and persistence creates a magic and that works best for entrepreneurs. Often they find to expect risk in short position rather than expect return in short position and vice a versa.

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well in your respective life. Some days ago I’d thought that Now in couple of months we’ll be in normal as we are before last March but feel really pity to make this kind of request to you all. Maybe COVID and People of the earth are too much in love with each other. We doesn’t want to let it away from us and on the other hand COVID, also loves to roam here on the earth. Isn’t it? Joke apart, but like seriously we all people are equal and sole responsible for whatever happens right now in the world. Why we people don’t understand that there are really few precautions we blindly have to follow whether we like it or not. But no, we want to roam, that too without any precaution, is it really necessary to go outside (Expect in some emergency)? If we take it for granted then really if COVID will become insane paramour of us, then it’ll going to be very difficult for us to deal with it. And after all Who like to have beloved like that? Please stop all your outing if not urgency, by doing that you’ll going to do such a kind act and that’ll definitely noted down in the right hand side of your balance sheet. Consider it as request or plea.

Anyways let’s have quick eye on major updates of the from the past week. COVID become ruthless again and started havoc of it gradually. Brazil records hike in daily cases and so does the rest of the world. Dutch PM Rutte claims fourth term in election win. Spain has passed a law to legalise euthanasia, becoming just fourth country in Europe to allow people to end their own life in certain circumstances. Tanzania’s Samia Suluhu Hassan about to make history as first Female President of the country after death of John Magufuli. NASA reveals first sounds of perseverance rover driving on Mars. At least 58 killed by gunmen on motorcycles in Niger. Biggest sandstorm in a decade turns Beijing skies yellow. North Korea ignores US offer for talks, citing its hostile policy. Real Madrid make it to the Last 8 for the record breaking 33rd time in Champions League and only team from Spanish top flight to make it to Quarter Finals of this year.

Till now we have completed 4 sessions of the series, Entrepreneurs: The New Age Profession. Don’t know really that how many sessions are still left there, but one thing is sure that it’ll cover major aspects of the life alongside the challenges one will going to face in the path of becoming an ENTREPRENEUR. Who does like failure? After all we are meant to WIN, right? Absolutely we are made to Win, but the term, we had exaggerate in some or other manner. In this world, if you going to ask anyone, what would you like to be, an Ordinary Men with an Ordinary Dreams, an Extraordinary Men with an Extraordinary Dreams or an Ordinary Men with and Extraordinary Dreams? What is common in all 3 terms here, can you able to find it? The Word ORDINARY, right? That means you have to start with bare hands and gradually raise your efforts in predetermined directions. As we saw, “ORDINARY” term is Mandatory in all situation, one can also say that without Losing one can’t Win. One has to face failure first then and only then they can able to taste Success.

Basically there are 3 types of Human in this world as mentioned above. The Ordinary one, whose Dreams are also ordinary like their life. They scared to break down the box and at the same time refuse to go outside of that box. They are seems like Satisfactory people. Less is enough for them and they won’t go hard to achieve their dreams if they failed in something. They simply give up and starts believing that it’s their destiny, that’s all. In addition to that due to their raise in that kind of atmosphere, no one, literally no one comes to them, to boost their confidence, because they all are same by heart, just a dissimilarity of face.

Then there comes an Extraordinary Human with their Extraordinary Dreams. They are exactly contrary to Ordinary Human. Where Ordinary Human believes there will be no Days anymore, Extraordinary Human Comes to their Rescue, to make them believe that yes, There will be Day, and I, You, We all are going to witness the same. Why to give up when we have not actually started yet? They are analytical people who had strong belief that they can find some clues if they are able to reach its root. They start their efforts in that way and anyhow able to find the solution from it. They are Ordinary but their extra efforts and positive result made them Extraordinary People with an Extraordinary Dreams.

“Think Out of the Box, If you can’t, then Think about the Box!!”

Finally Comes the Human Who broken many times, but still looks Pretty in Pieces due to their inner Beauty. Maybe they are broken badly by Outer self, but their inner self is still energetic, enthusiast and optimist to fight against any adverse condition/situation of the life. They aren’t Unbreakable but they trained themselves to mussel every tussle, either tactically or technically. They are Ordinary and Simple looking but their dreams are as high as to reach SKY. Even though they aren’t able to reach to SKY, at least they gain experience of Flying. And as said Falling Doesn’t matter if you already know how to handle yourself and how to direct in oppose wind.

The Difference is quite genuine here. In first case we saw that People who plays less risky game often ends up less, nearest to ZERO. Because they are raise in ordinary situation, where the thinking of all people are same. Instead of to motivate someone, they try to pull their leg and enforced them to group with them. Mob tries their best, that no one from group leave them. One thought prevailing there, “They are for Mob and Mob is for them.” Nothing else than that and Nothing More than that. If you are born Poor then believe you will be Poor till your Death. But how much fair that if you won’t give them wings to fly and idea to follow?

In Second case, we saw that People who gamble everything to achieve, succeed in Short term but in Long term they will face some kind of issues. If we formulate Extraordinary People = Extraordinary Dreams, then Extraordinary(People=Dreams). That means the formula of success is dependent on that people and dream they saw. Because the effect of Extraordinary is already nullified. Too much Offensive strategy leads them to forget about Defense. In that case, one will be in two opinion, either to go for Ordinary Life with Extraordinary Dreams or Extraordinary life with Ordinary Dreams. Majority of the people ends up with second option. i.e. Extraordinary life with Ordinary Dreams.

The third case, the most impactful and fruitful in among all. Yeah it will ask many typical questions at regular time, but for Ordinary People who are ready to propose extraordinary efforts can crack them strategically. They calculate the return factor in happening of particular risk. They know it won’t going to easy for them when they are Ordinary and expects no support from others as well. But they used the same as weapon. They know they have “X Factor” in form of their Dreams. The extraordinary dreams. The dream they saw in an open eye. And as said,

“Dream saw in an Open Eye isn’t Just Dream, It is Life.”

Many People Separate in two ways that Entrepreneurs’ can’t be segregated in these terms, but they are. Because to start something, one need a proper vision and how that vision comes? By Dreaming, right? So why not it can’t be divided into above mentioned term? Yeah, no doubt, the situation of human themselves or issues they have faced till now, guide them to do something Unique, an ultimate solution which possibly affects the life of current generation and upcoming generation.

As far as your Vision will be Clearer, there’s nothing in the world which stops you to move ahead. One will be automatically on the way of WINNING, once they start facing Failure/Issues/Problems. It encourage people to do something, with right efforts in right manner. There maybe many issues in the world but who said that Solution isn’t there though? You don’t have to pick each and every opportunity, you have to pick an appropriate one and same should be followed till the final Destination.

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you are good and well wherever you are in the world. The other day when I was studying late night, I came across such a beautiful reality. May be many of you also observed the same. The World looks too pretty when there’s no Noise, irrespective of any kind. Sleeping is indeed a best medication one can follow on regular basis. And absolutely there are so many benefits of the same, right, starting with the above I mentioned already. Nature was Beautiful, is Beautiful and will always be Beautiful. There are we human who tried our heart out to demolish the beauty of it. Look If Nature will going to be Deteriorate then You’ll be Depreciated much faster than that.

Anyways, Let’s Have a look on the major events of the world from the past week. China approves plan to control upcoming Elections in Hongkong. Brazil plunges into crisis as a second wave and deadly new variant overwhelm hospitals. Japan marks 10 years since Triple Disaster killed over 18K People. Israeli PM cancels historic UAE trip, citing disagreement with Jordan. Nasa releases first sound from surface of Mars. Most distant cosmic jet discovered 13 Billion Light-years away. 15 Dead and over 100 Wounded in Equatorial Guinea explosions. Switzerland votes to ban face covering including Burqas. Juventus and FC Barcelona both were knocked out from the UEFA Champions League of this Season, that means No Ronaldo or No Messi Show there will be, after 16 Years!!

So it’s been a quite a long since we started our Journey of to be a virtual Entrepreneur. In previous 3 sessions we overcome all the issues faced by an Entrepreneur, right? In last session we came across the critical part of to be an Entrepreneur, i.e. Challenges. Today we will go more further in that particular topic and understand how it will affect us in both the manner viz. Directly and Indirectly. As an Entrepreneur, One can only move ahead if they really know how to tackle the particular situation and how to get control over situation without being panic. It seems like you are on the path of Lava, where on each and every step you find, a Throat-cut Competition from the people, place, price, government and several other factors.

We all know that We all learn at least something from experiences or such incidents happens with us in our life, right? It’s called Experience, Do you know why? Because we passed through such situations, then adopt something from that (a lesson or a value), and then applied the improved strategy in the following attempt, right? As a Fresher we are New, so we don’t have much idea about some situations/ conditions. Sometime We only better with Something in mind, Anything in Heart and Everything in Soul. Got it? No? Okay let’s understand it with one illustration.

Assume You are the Player (Either of Cricketer or Footballer). You know before heading towards International Career one has to Play some County or Club Matches, right? But Do you know what will happen if he/she aims to play direct into International Team? Look when you are play for County or Club, at that stage, remember the important thing here, You are Learning there. As your County/Club level Performance will decide your next destiny. It’s called Preperience. Preperience in that term, because you are about to gain some practical knowledge, relevant skills in such field before launching something to a bigger level. Preparedness is important here, that how well prepared you are to take some calculated risk.

In above case, If someone planned to move directly into International Matches, there are less chances that you’ll succeed there. As one has no experience of Pitch Condition, Weather and has no idea about Strength-Weakness of Opponent player’s, in such cases the risk factor is definitely high. One more thing, if you perform poor then there are less chances that you’ll get another chance to represent your country on International level. Remontada will always be your dream, but unfortunately you can’s do anything. Experience of International Matches and Preperience of Local Games will definitely plays an important role.

“When Preperience meet with Experience, it’ll create the magic of Resilience.”

In general understanding, Preperience can be defined as the Adaptability of one in such a manner that will make an immediate impact on something. Preperience and Experience both are different terms but both are Interchangeable and Interdependent. When you say you are Prepared but not Experienced, and vice a versa, that won’t work actually. A proper combination of both is required and at the same time it’s hard to find – follow. Preperience not just help to overcome some issues faced by you on initial stages but also finds or assist to find some solutions for improvement and betterment in certain areas.

Preperience not just helpful in initial stages but also helpful while following some ongoing path. Maybe Experience can be proven as a Key of success but what about Preperience? If one is Experienced but not able to adopt the decision in right time and in right manner then it’ll of no use. Preperience is almost parallel to Experience. It’s not wrong to say, Maybe more important than Experience. Maybe Experience Provides you the Framework but if you aren’t good enough to execute the same then does that any mean of? Absolutely no.

Preperience is equal to Pre Experience. It is the stage or phase which is upmost necessary for your Development and Growth. If you remained underdeveloped it’s hard to gone through Experience. In the same way Entrepreneur must have quantum of Preperience, before undergone such relevant experience. No doubt experience will definitely helps you, but the point here is that developed some skills of yours. If you really know yourself then try to reckon what you like and what kind of improvements are needed in yourself. Because you can’t expect everything from others, you have to be MASTER in something. And how can be you MASTER?

Yeah, We are Learn with Experience but can’t omit the importance of Preperience either. As an Entrepreneur, definitely you lack some experience but with the help of optimum Preperience, you can bridge that gap in likely manner. Many Study also proves that the People who makes Practice before the Match gets Qualitative advantage over the other People when actual Performance measured. Your game will definitely improved if you practiced well, which ultimately reflects in your Performance.

Hello guys, What’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. It’s already been 2 Months and we even don’t realize. Have you? Time is really flying now a days, and as soon as days are passing in this kind of lightning speed, tension of mine is increasing day by day in the same way. I’ve Final exams in June of my Professional Course, namely CMA (Yes I am future Cost Accountant, and maybe that’s more surprising for you if you don’t read Face behind the Blog page). After postponing for a year (June 20 Term was Cancelled by Institute itself due to COVID and skip the January Term due to personal reason) , but now I can’t afford more delay in the same. Apart from that many obligations to fulfill in upcoming months but that’s how the life act, right? We just react to accordingly, that’s all. So in short it’s up to us how and when we set up our priorities and completed the same in most optimum way.

Anyways let’s have an eye on major events of the world from the past week. On Thursday a Powerful Quake hits near New Zealand, warning of Tsunami issued for the same. Legislation on H-1B Visas introduced in US Congress. UN Tells Myanmar military to “stop murdering” Protestors after 38 death in a single day. Saudi Arabia Government made it clear that only those vaccinated against COVID-19, will be allowed for Hajj. 317 Schoolgirls abducted in Nigeria. 2 US Navy Warships in Mideast affected by Corona virus. World’s first space hotel with Artificial Gravity expected to open in 2027. Former President of France Nicolas Sarkozy sentence to imprisonment in Corruption case during his tenure. Pope Francis Travels to Iraq on a mission of Healing. Scientist discover 3 Deep-Sea sharks that glow in Dark. India Setup a Final Birth against New Zealand in First ever WTC ((World Test Championship) at Lords in June 2021, after defeating England in recent Test Series.

Anyways let’s move towards to the next part of our ongoing Sunday topic, i.e. Entrepreneur, The New Age Profession. Many of you might be aware that we had start the series on Entrepreneurship in which we will going to try cover all the points through its root. In previous Two Amazing Session we came across some critical points which one may face and denied them to their path, their goal. Challenges, who likes it after all? We all tend to prefer easy work in which there are less efforts, less risk and return is as parallel to the high risk. Aren’t we? Yes, we all are. If something isn’t good or in which we aren’t comfortable, we prefer to leave that. Some leave after giving some attempts and some surrender with ease to this. Here problem isn’t problem. Problem is that we leave something because we are lazy enough or habitual in regular cum boring work. If something tries to stop us, instead of to move ahead we happy to pause there. Because we are lazy, aren’t we? The very first motto of to be Entrepreneur is that Never Stop your Mind to learn new. If you Learn Few, chances are there that you’ll definitely earn few.

It’s shown that the people who scare to take any challenges often ends up in bare hands and won’t get enough hike in their respective career as assumed by them. But do you know why we people feared to take this kind of challenges which have power to change our live upside down and vice versa? No we don’t know actually. Since Childhood, we learnt one thing from our parents that to apply defensive strategy. If something bad had happened then their parents are there to help them and to find a way out for them. It’s obvious that as a parents they have worry of their kid, but how will they grow if you don’t provide them a chance?

In Today’s world most of the parents taken care of their Kid’s all good and bad. It’s really good though in some aspects but remember There will be the Days or Situations where you’ll not be available for them, so think what they’ll do without you? Do they succeed in their path, they are on at current? The chances are less because they didn’t know how to take decisions or say they aren’t aware regarding what to do next if some spontaneous situation will arrive. In addition to that they are inexperienced, it will be definitely major setback for them. So teach your Kid, since childhood itself that you have to do on your own, because there will some situations/days where even your shadow will not be with you. You have only Support of yours, that’s all.

If you teach your Kid in that way then definitely they will learn in phase manner. No argue that they will fail in initial stage but where the actual situation will arise they will perform exceptionally well. At least far better than nothing. “Always better to have some bucks than the Empty Pocket!!” Look Confidence is not just Feeling, it’s whole process From to do something positively to Finishes it off with flying colors. When you are confident enough that yes, you can do at your own then might it’ll be consume some of your time in starting but after consecutive steps with consistency, you’ll reach there with smile face. At that time, Do you know what you will remind first?

You’ll remind that at the time you are nothing. You are almost like piece of shit. There’s no one for you even in some cases your parents also leaves you. You’ll remind that there’s night, a Long- Large Night, where everything seems blurry even though there’s enough Power supply. You’ll remind that Once you are nearest to give up almost, but there are also you who rise up to the highest and remove all the barriers which seems to stop you there for always. You’ll remind that Once you also cried your heart out, because you need someone there badly for you and unable to find at least one helping hand, which heats you more to move ahead more courageously towards your ultimate goal. You’ll remind that how to turn failure into sailor, who is optimist enough to cross the ship in that Tsunami.

People with less option or backup will always finds themselves in difficulty. Because they aren’t aware about how important it is to have Back up plans. Look Conditions/ Situations/ People and Value will not be same for always. They are changing at regular intervals. if you failed to keep a pace with it, you’ll find yourself far away from your Goal. You know what is the Most Unpredictable thing in this world? People itself, we don’t have fix anything, like seriously we have nothing fix. Our Taste, Fashion, Routine, Work, Habit, all are changeable. Even though our Priorities are also changeable in day to day basis. (Some of those even don’t know about Priorities and Choices.)

We are signing off today’s Part with One Question, What you’ll choose? Study or Skill? Study is that, You particular learnt at School but for Skill, you’ve to go outside of the School. Just assume you are Good at study but don’t have relevant skill then is that make any sense? Skill is as Important as Study, maybe more than the study itself. What’s your view in that? There will be many opinions in this regard, and I personally can understand the same but before make any wrong assumptions let me clear, Study is Important. Skill is also important. But What if Study will mix up with Skill?

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. Just be happy and don’t forget to smile. Because everything in life is Temporary so why to spoil the Life Permanently? Even the Life we all have, itself has temporary span then why not to live it to the fullest? As we become mature enough we execute some points in our respective life with calculated amount of risk and return, aren’t we? Yes, we all but the level of Maturity is the limit of us, i.e. of Human being. All we have is this single life, Live it in your way. Life is to live not to die, Life is to Enjoy not to be always Serious, If something is already written in your destiny then it’ll happen at any cost. Don’t leave the Life, Learn to Live the Life at every second, in every passing moment as said it never stop to teach us.

Anyways let’s start from there where we stop in the last session. So to all those who wasn’t aware/know about this, or somehow missing the first session Please kindly follow through last session here, before start reading out today’s session. It’ll help you to understand the upcoming session and rest of all thank you for joining today’s session as well, if you’d already read the last session. So let’s start,

Just assume right now you are 20 (in age). The People surrounded by you facing some issues but not able to express that what they actually feel. Gradually they become victim of that issue and the responsibility to save them is solely on yours. What you’ll do, now? Remember you are the only one who can help them out and if you failed to do maybe you lose them all, in short span of time. This will include your well-wishers, parents, friends, mentors and all human being. Would you like to stay alone on this earth? Or are you selfish enough that you’ll not take care off them? What’s your reaction on this, Will you able to find some way to save them or will you just sit and look all the shit happen to them?

See here you are also facing the same problem, but you know the crux to detox it. All you have to do is to step up, take the responsibility and find out the solution, somehow. The second barrier here is Large Group of Public. Always remember, when you tried something fruitful, not necessary that all will accept your proposal. Some will agree with you and others might will go against you too. All you have to focus is on your Goal, because at last majority always wins. If you find the crux, you’ll gradually able to find more people will favor you, then what in the beginning. You have to focus on to convert your opponent into members and also to taken care off, the present members. It means that you have to progress in your goal, with the help of Human being itself.

Mind it, You are alone in Crowed Street. The Street is Full of Vehicles. There are Buses, Tram, Taxies and Scooters too. On that path, you’ve to come up with an idea of Bicycle. Maybe that will depreciate your knee while paddling the Bicycle, But you’ve to think, exactly opposite to that. Maybe that’ll hurt your knees a lit-bit, but there are other benefits too, to riding a bicycle. Such as It’ll reduce the pollution level, Blood Circulation will be regularize in your body, Less chances of major accidents, Money Saving idea and Most importantly, your body gets exercise which overall increases your health, and as said good health always leads to wealth.

No argue, you’ll be blame badly, but that’s how entrepreneur thinks and work. They work against all the odds and make other favorable in their side by their critical structured thinking. Look maybe People, Situation, Condition will be against you but you are with you. Don’t do any work or take any step half heartedly. Yeah it’s okay to take risk but they should be calculated in some or other way. Risk will be turned into Return if you are Optimistic. If you aren’t sure about it, if you aren’t ready to face blame of the world, if you aren’t know what’s risk and what’s your next step then this will not be your cup of tea, never ever.

One have to be Courageous and Gutted to accept the Failure and know how to made Ladder of Failure which leads you to the path of Success. Maybe Ladder of Failure that you are about create, maybe broken or missing any step itself. Look here failure doesn’t mean to not achieve the GOAL, but also includes how to find alternative way if Plan A won’t works at any point of time. Backup of Resources, Strategies and Chronology will be there. Because you or any of your team member doesn’t know how and when issues arises. It can be of any of the type and arises anywhere. Future is Unpredictable, so as you and your plans. Plan in that way because without performing such plans one can’t say they will going to succeed or going to fail.

TENET, do you know the quality of the word, meaning we will see later on. Read the word from forward and backward. Do you find any difference? It’s the same from forward and backward. And what does it mean by? A Principle, Belief or Doctrine which is generally held to be TRUE especially. Be like that. When you are clear in your Vision, then and only then you can achieve your Mission. Mission is nothing but a Forecasted Vision which is probably can be achieved by nearest future. Vision is important that what you are thinking and by which time you are about to complete the same. Yeah we aren’t Astrologer here, but can predict the future by calculated risk.

Do you how Entrepreneurs Think and Work? First they make arrangement of their needs and then they steps ahead. This called Moderate Mode of Game. Entrepreneurs will always go scarce of something so they know they have to be better in this Game. Too much Attacking Mindset and much Defensive mode not works here. They have to think in both the way. If they fall then how badly they will fall and if they rise then at which height they will rise? If you not fall any point of time then reassess your plan because sometimes All Good also Creates Doubt.

Hello guys what’s up? Hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. So let’s start from some logical thinking. Life, what one can assume about it? Or say what one can expect from life? One can assume good and happy life right, full of joy and no such issues in their life, right? In short one expect their respective life always in High level, not wrong though but is it possible in Real life? Have you seen or met any person/people who is fully happy from their life? Have you seen or met any people who have not any wrangle with their life? Have you came across with any human who has everything in life and still looks happy all the time? And at the same time have you seen any people who has nothing and looks anguish all the time? Maybe first case may have less chances but second case may have more chances. We all are stuck somewhere between who is Wealthier Here and Who is Poor!! Happiness doesn’t matter here, even one not try to achieve what they are scarce.

Anyways Let’s have an eye on all the major updates from the past week of the world. Anyways let’s come back to our today’s topic of the day. The topic is quite vast so try to bifurcate it in more session. We know everything from scratch that What is to be like ENTREPRENEUR, How they work, What are Possible Outcomes and How to be successful Entrepreneur. We learn all from its root to the highest level of it. Today, we just try to cover overview of the topic and soon from the next session we will start step by step process of to be a Successful Entrepreneurs with some Great Illustration. Please stay tuned till the end, it’ll definitely be amazing journey of to be a Virtual Entrepreneur!!

MONEY, We all want Money right? Because we all know that No matter Money can buy happiness or not but Money will definitely brings some smile on face of people, isn’t it true? We all love money, a Piece of Paper. Even I too, no argue in that but there’s one rule of Money that If you aren’t able to know how to maintain/ manage it then it’ll never stay with you for a long. Just try to amend, Money can’t buy happiness but Money can helps to bring happiness on your face – in your life. Always remember one thing, Without doing work you’ll never have/earn money. The one who plays with an illusion in their mind that if they don’t have to do anything if they are lucky. But may be they forgets that Luck also favors a Gutty and Courageous One.

Even Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Ratan Tata, they all have to do some work to have/earn bucks. What makes you surprises the most is that they are all 50+ and are one of the wealthier person on the planet, but still they are doing their work on regular basis. It’s not wrong to say that sometimes they work more than us. So it means that One can’t say that they want bucks but in Free. They simply can’t deny the fact that they aren’t made for this kind of work. Look Human can be Winner or Loser but Work never been. Work is Work, whether it’s of to deliver something or to make some food stalls nearby road. Human can be comparable by height, weight, age and gender but Work can be only by Money. What you’ll earn today will decide your tomorrow not the people, who tries to bully you, tease you, frustrate you regarding your work. It’ll never work unless and until one isn’t satisfied with the work done by them.

Though those are some old rigid thoughts of the same people. So Today we are going to talk how you’ll also becomes a WEALTHIER!! Although the process is little bit risky and time consuming, one has to full devote their mind on their GOAL. The Goal of being Good, The Goal of being Brave, which ultimately leads to The Goal of Being Rich. As said earlier the process is bit risky but as said Higher the Risk – Higher the Return. you’ll definitely be paid off later if you are thriving in good swing now. To be honest there is no limit on barriers one may face on this path, all one can do is to simply outclass that hurdle by catching the right opportunity at right time.

See Risk is everywhere and in everything. All one can do is to mitigate it rather than to avoid it. There are so many people who are going to tell you that Life is full of Risk but no one going to tell you that Life is full of Opportunities as well. If you closely observe the terminology Risk and Opportunity, then they both have direct relationship. If there’s a risk then there’s an Opportunity too that you’ll rise by that risk and If there’s an Opportunity then there’s a Risk that you’ll sunk to the deepest. Risk will be derived with an option of an Opportunity and in the same way an Opportunity is also derived with an option of Risk. So one can say that you’ll be 50% Right and there’ll be 50% chance that you could be proven wrong if you at least try or given an attempt.

To start something new what you’ll need? Money? Okay. Some Resources? Okay. Strength? Okay. Then? This all is worthless if you don’t know the motto to start something. One must need some reason or say need some foresight to look that in which they or some people may face some issue. One has to identified that what others aren’t able to. World is full of Opportunity, to create something, to develop something, to manage something, to navigate something and to monitoring something. It’s up to you, how well you planned to do THAT SOMETHING! And as say Plans are nothing but a false attempt to cover our wishes if not executed in time.

Okay you start something then what’s next? Very first rule here is that, Never expect too early that you’ll be supported by all. The very first barrier you may face will be off your Parents and their hopes on you! Though they aren’t wrong either. But they will definitely be a big barrier, one must have to face. One has to deal with it by hook or by crook. Look here we aren’t talking about to be a Rebel, it’s completely opposite terminology to that of Entrepreneur! Try to convince your parents that you are thinking about something good and big for beneficial to all of us. If they aren’t fit in your ideology then you can do one thing. Try to win their trust and make them comfortable that you are willing to do something really good. If still they aren’t convinced fully then show your vision to them, that what you’d think and how much enthusiast you are to achieve that mission.

” GOOD EFFORTS IN RIGHT DIRECTION WILL NEVER GO WORTHLESS!!”

Hello guys, what’s up? hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. As we are heading towards the restart the rest proceeding of our life, after COVID pandemic, good things started taking place. For me, Institute Schedule to resume the offline classes from tomorrow, I got the little bit exposure in the field of content writing along with some bucks, Granny is also back to home after suffering a heartache and Pulmonary edema last week. It’s not easy to cope with so many things at a time but as a Human we can’t do anything against the law of nature and maybe it’ll remind us each and every time when we omit the said truth that Yes, We are just a HUMAN!! No more than that, No less than that. When we try to forget it, God Knocked the door of us in disguised and we reckon it as an Problem of the Life aren’t we? Rather we all knew the Truth, we try to amend it by false sympathy. So just always remember, We are Human, that’s all!

So before starting the topic of the day, let’s have an eye on major news around the World from the past week. On Sunday, near Chamoli area of Uttarakhand in India, a glacier burst, near 50 were dead and more than 100 are missing, rescue operation is still under way on sixth day. New Zealand imposes lockdown in Auckland after 3 new local cases of the virus. Powerful earthquake rocks Fukushima, Japan on Saturday and reminds the massive quake of 2011. China refused access to key COVID data for WHO and also tries to break down into the Japanese Territory like they did in India. The Couples around the World is celebrating Valentine’ Day in most fascinated ways. DR Congo reports 3 Ebola Cases. Microsoft approach Pinterest about a possible takeover. In Football, Bayern Munich beat Tigres to win the FIFA Club World Cup, overall claiming their 6th Title of the year.

Anyways now let’s move towards one more interesting topic of the day of our Sunday School!! The subject matter is quite relevant to all of us, right? That’s what one can simply assume it from the title of the post! Anger, we all gets angry on some kind of things or when someone tries to tease/ irritate/ frustrate us, neither we? Absolutely that’s what we human are made of. The Emotion of Happiness, Sorrow, Sympathy- Empathy, Anger ness, Calmness and Patience. As we all knows that opposition is always there for everything, For Good there’s Bad, For Light there’s Dark, For Sky there’s Land, For Success there’s Failure and so does for Happiness there’s Anger ness too, right? We got angry on little issue and upset our mood, in which later on we regret too but can anyone try to find out the solution of anger ness here or even give a single attempt to control it. Anyone? No, right? That’s what we are going to learn today from scratch, so let’s start!

Angry, so what is the actual meaning or definition of it? When People have some or other kind of expectation from other people in any mode (either Direct or Indirect) and when those person not fitting in the assumption of that people or incurs some kind of loss (either Monetary or Non- Monetary) to that people, whether intentionally or unintentionally, the people who found someone at fault, for that loss often ends with some hard words on them and ditching out the conversation in between without attempting to given a chance of being heard. Technically there’s no any profound meaning of the word, Anger ness but it is also varied by the people, by the event and by the circumstances. Anyone can be angry on anyone but you know the irony here is that sometimes a simple prank goes wrong and leads to permanent divorce between the friends/people.

It is said that one can only be angry on someone if he/she cares much of you than you do of yours, is that right? Then why the situation like Separation, break up and Divorce is there? Is the understanding between the people isn’t strong or mutual consent of bonding is weak, don’t know. Though one thing is clearly identical that the one who really care others can never try to dominate others by raising their voice. It’s a pure sign of dominance or say insanity. It shows that he/she will definitely try to suppressed your voice and not provide a single chance to others regarding understanding the perception of counter part or the situation they went through. Rather they only focus their opportunity cost. (the loss they incurred by assuming the slight profit.) Many studies prove that the small quarrel often starts with a misunderstanding between the people and gradually one of them start losing control on themselves, raise their voice and do unnecessary(Violent) act which leads to separation.

Although Do you know when we People are angry on something/someone then what they can do? Or on which limit will one go in Anger ness? The question might sound silly or foolish but there we lost the path. We even don’t know the limit of our Anger, right? Absolutely, we don’t. We act as per the situation without anticipating the consequences of Slight over reaction on some issue. When we don’t know limit of ourselves then we can’t say we are in control of ourselves. We are handcuffed of our misconception. We are handcuffed of our own Emotion barrier. We are handcuffed of our failure to get control on ourselves. We are handcuffed to false belief that we are right by agreeing on someone because fault is that people. But how can you judged yourself right even if not giving a chance of being heard to others?

See, there’s no wonder that sometimes people lost control due to adverse situation or condition of their life’s roller coaster ride but how much that fair, to not apologize for your mistake later on? Are you not Guilty? Why you not shown a grit – courage to go after people and explained them calmly about what’s going on in your life rather than to scream and scarp them out? Study also proves that The BOSS, who often habitual to raise their voice on their employee not much likeable among the people he/she surrounded with. At the time all will going to left him/her due to maintain the self respect. Self respect is the big thing in corporate culture, and ethics works there perfectly.

If you aren’t want to break your business ethics then how would you expect that employees works for you will break their ethics either? Always remember Employees aren’t works under you, they are work for you, for your company/organization! Look you paid them for their work not to hear your bullshits. The successful leader is the one who understand the employees, their situation, their difficulties and try to figure it out in mean time. They can raise their Voice to encourage people, How’s the Josh? Rather than screaming loudly Did you get it? You know some changes you have to brought in, how long would you stuck to some old and rigid ideas and practices?

The same goes in the personnel life as well. All can present their views and opinions. In fact it’s not wrong to say that we all have assumed that anger ness is our life long right. We completely misconceptualize it. Look Anger ness is necessary as we are human being but we have to measure it that how deep one will go in that mood? There’s always limit of everything and once you find that you are about to breach that LOC (Line of Control), try to stop yourself from doing that. The problem of every people is that they will find the escape by putting their anger on someone else. It’s never been a solution. People says that LOVE is Blind, but No. Love isn’t Blind, People becomes blind when they are angry. They can’t able to identify that who is Right and who is Wrong, What is Good and what’s Bad? That happens because we are Blind even we have an eye to see.

Once we able to Identify the limit of our anger ness, we can start controlling it but for that one has to recognize what angers them and what kind of ideas play in their mind in that particular situation? Always keep in mind Anger ness should be temporary one, don’t count it in your permanent behavior. Once you find out some valid reasons of Anger ness, find counter attacking strategy. Think what limit would you breach in your Angry Mood? It’s possible but only if you try! What would do the worst in Temper? Would you Kill Someone? Would you Harm/Hurt Someone badly? Would you Destroy the Career of them? Or Would you Control yourself? Just try to find out those answer, you’ll definitely find best solution to get over of you anger!!

Hello Guys, What’s up? Hope you all doing good and well wherever you are in this world. A big virtual high 5 by my side from India. So, let’s first start with the news from the last week before deriving to the subject matter of the day. Greta Thunberg, Rihanna and some other lawmakers from the UK and US comes to the support of Farmer who Protesting against the Government of India regarding implementation of Amended Farmers Bill Act. Facebook suspends Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu linked chatbot for breaking its privacy rules. Myanmar blocks Twitter Instagram for undisclosed period. Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif urges Joe Biden to return to nuclear deal. Russian man drinks 1.5 Liter Vodka on livestream and dies as views watch in horror. Iran conducted surgical strike in Pakistan, frees border guards held by Baloch terrorists. The price of a Bitcoin is staggering high and traded nearing to 40K Dollars!! So that’s all from the news of the week.

Anyways let’s move towards one more interesting subject of the day. The topic of the day is lit bit related to all of us, and maybe many of us come into contact of it on day to day basis. In fact it’s nothing wrong to say that we all face it in more or less manner in our respective life, right? Yes, so the topic of the day is Problems or Say Issues of life, of us, Human. As said earlier we human may have many problems in the life but that’s what the life is meant to be. Without Problems one can’t progress in their life, they all stopped as it is and never thought about the solution of it. So the Problem isn’t Problem it is hidden boon which often unveiled the path of opportunity, the path of conqueror which finally leads us to the path of Success!! So let’s start from the scratch and understand the True and Whole meaning of Problem.

Problem, How can one going to Define it? Think, think from the depth of your mind. Which Condition or Situation will leads you to the Problem? Or say How can you identify the Problem you are faced? Is there any way? NO? Yes? These are some very basic Question if you really faced Questions like these while you stuck in some queries or issues of life, right? Look it’s very easy to say that I am facing the problem(s) in something while attempting it but if you really don’t know what kind of Problem you are facing then how can you identified that? How can you assess that and How can you mitigate that? This is important to know because many of us really don’t know the chronology behind the process of Problem. If one really know the whole process then he/she will definitely finds some solution of it.

Let us assume that we have Problem in everything, right? Yes absolutely. If we don’t find solution or possible answer of some query/problem then we just put it into the bucket of an Issue. Rather to solve the problem we wait of someone to solve it on behalf of us, right? Yes, we all do. In fact We are feared to give the efforts, and the irony is we even don’t think about the result. Efforts are enough to scared us!! Though do you know Why it scared us? Yes, it scared us because we don’t even completely understand where we are going? Where we are facing problems? Where we left the loopholes? Where we loose the grip? These question itself sounds horrible. Isn’t it? If No, then try to answer it whenever you are stuck somewhere. The one who don’t know the answer we’ll go through it.

Problem is nothing but a lower of confidence in one to attempt something by just assuming the false consequences about the same. When we people are pessimist to do something, there are chances that they were back with bare hands. When Problems creates in anything or say facing problem, we people often becomes defensive and start thinking to amend the path or left it in mid way. Why we become Pessimist or Defensive? If Problem arises then definitely there’s some way out. One can’t simply say that Just because of the Problem Occurred, he/she left something/someone. Is that the solution?

“Don’t ever try to Amend Problem to Failure, Try to Amend the word Solution to Success!!”

Half hearted efforts always brings bad result. If you done by any doubt in Mind then maybe there’s some chances that you were able to find the way out but if you done by any doubt in Heart then there’s 99% chances that you were back with sad face. Did you able to find the difference here? Okay let’s understand. When you are deciding to do something by Mind, then it execute it in its inner side and ready to take some calculated risk whereas when you are deciding to follow heart then it will only implement the decision by blind/fake emotions. It will never calculate any risk factor and there starts the propaganda. If you can’t able to assess your risk then how can you going to identify problem you are facing?

Problem isn’t the Problem if you closely observe the spell of it. Problem is only there if you won’t be able to find the solution of it. Look if Day is there then there’s night too. If White is there then Dark is also present there. If Good is there then Bad also exist in between it. If God is there then no doubt the Evil is also there. The same way if Problem is there then definitely there is some solution of it. Opposition is the New Law of Nature. We can’t say that Problem stopped us, How can Problem stop us to do something? Isn’t it sound weird? Instead it looks more appropriate We are stopped because of Problem. We are scared to confess that we are facing problem and subsequently finds the solution of the same. If you left something because you feel that it’s not your cup of tea then which cup would you like to have? A Cup of Poison? A Cup of Humiliation? or A Cup of Satisfaction after giving a courageous effort to make some steps towards the query you face, to resolve it?

Problem, just mind it, You are handcuffed of your own. There’s no one who can stop you unless and until you stop your own. You faced the Problem and soon you became defensive to change the way instead of trying to go out to its root. Have you give efforts to find out the actual query? No, right? We feel that we can’t do that, if we do then problem arise and we Failed. So don’t you think we had just Amend the word FAILURE with a word Problem? Absolutely see, because of Possible fall out we ready to change the way. We can’t always run just because we face Problem. It’s not the solution. And let us just assume if we decided to run away every time then how far we will go? Are we either trained to in Marathon? So what will be the solution of it?

There is so many solution of it, depending on the Problem you are facing. But let’s start by the Problem itself. First try to identify what is the Problem you are facing? Then give efforts to recognize why problem arises? Is there anything to improvise in yourself or in the attempts you are giving in continuous flow. Then assess the factors affecting your efforts like Risk factor, Thinking Process, Opinion Matters, Decision Making or Procrastination of your own. Find possible way out by implementing mind tricks and effective strategy. Then try alternative ways to lend on some specific solution of your query in quantum. Pick a right solution from it and then apply the same in the real issues. So that’s all, Your Problem is solved. It’s not that much tough or easy. Queries should be there to Improvise Ourselves otherwise what will be the difference between us and others?

“Problem isn’t Problem. It’s Just Opposite to Solution. Try to Find out Solution rather than to Focus on the Query!!”

If You are RIGHT, then it Doesn’t mean Others are WRONG!!

Hello guys, what’s up? Hope you are doing good and well wherever you are. One month has been passed of 2021, anything new happen to you or start something new recently? For me it’s good start of the year. I’d just completed 2 Months as a Content Writer with Online College Reviewing Company. Study is going well and also done some Online certification courses pertaining to my study background, i.e. Accounting. So in short life is gradually getting back on track. Good time will definitely come if you are able to survive from bad time. Still there’s a long way to go, can’t expect a good time always. Life should be mixture of it which we can experience through many good and bad moments, memories of it, right?

Now turning back to weekly news around the corner from the past week. The incumbent Portugal President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa reelected for the second term to serve as a President. Peru Orders Lockdown due to emerge rising of the Cases, Possible Threat of the second wave. While on the hand Lockdown in the England set to last until at least March, indicates PM Boris Johnson. Space-X set a record by launching 143 satellites on a single shot with latest Falcon 9 Mission. India Celebrated its 72^nd Republic Day on 26^th January. Italian PM resigns over handling of COVID crisis. Nepal Supreme Court summons PM Oli in Contempt cases. Poland is nearing to implement Total-Ban on Abortion. Estonia Becomes the first country which is Led by Female Prime Minister and Female President at the same time.

Anyways now let’s move towards one more interesting topic of the day. The title is enough to convey that what will be the subject matter of the day, isn’t it? Okay so what you understood by the term Right and Wrong? Right is that which isn’t Wrong and Wrong is that which isn’t Right, right? In simple terms it is correct, without an argue because We don’t need Proof for Right, We need Proof to Prove Wrong!! The irony of Truth is that it consist the word Ruth in its spell. And what about Wrong? Any guess? We will go through it sooner from its root and understand the whole process.

So before we could Start the topic let’s better understand the term RIGHT and WRONG. The definition of Right and Wrong can be differ by People to People, Place to Place and Time to Time. So may be it is varied by the People, Place, Price, Time and Consequences. There is no any fix definition for the abovementioned duo terms though one can be defined it as, “The Things which are Proven Correct by all the means, following all the manners in the books of law, irrespective of the how much suffer others will be, by judging something true, later on leading to some outrageous consequences can be termed as Right.” As mentioned earlier it can be differ and depends on the understanding of one. Right isn’t just right but many also believes it to be the RIGHT of Life. When someone pronounce right, it generates three or more meaning altogether. It creates hype and curiosity at the same time but let it be as it is.

The Second Term, WRONG, how can one identify that something is wrong? There is only one way, you know what is that? We can’t recognize the wrong unless and until we don’t do/face something False or Experience something wrong. This is the fact that you can’t say that you can’t be Wrong, because you haven’t sufficient proof to justify your thought. Here Proof works/trust more than the people to prove wrong a FALSE. If somehow one is able to even prove that, then the next propaganda takes place Does WRONG can be RIGHT or RIGHT can be WRONG? Is it really possible? How it is Possible? Why it is Possible when Truth is Proven True and Wrong is also Proven True? SO the Answer is Yes. All is possible, between the fight of True and False, Right and Wrong, Correct and Incorrect.

How many of you have consider the opinion of others while planning or organizing something? Many of you, right? But how many of you have successfully executed the same in real life? Very few, right? Yes, Absolutely when we talk about real life experience we all become defensive in more or less manner and planned accordingly which is possibly going to best for us, for the people surrounding to us. Though this isn’t wrong or unethical but to ignore the importance of others completely, isn’t it sound half hearted efforts? Okay, when we ignore the opinion of others? So the answer is, When they are outsider or say when they are betrayal/traitor one or say when they are too Offensive. Any other reason to leave the opinion of them? Maybe there are and maybe there is no other reason except the above.

“If you are Right then Don’t Change the People Who are Wrong;

Just Try to Change the Perspective.”

Corporate World, Political Cold Wars and Local House Ministry(among family members), are some of the places where conflict of decisions or opinions generally takes place in direct or indirect manner. In Corporate World, Higher Management often ignore the importance of Lower level or say give very less importance equivalent to almost null. They took the decision and inform the employees of their Company or Organization. In Politics, Party Member who have some connections to progress ahead in his/her career joins the other Parties and may betray the current party for another. Everyone focuses on the betrayal of that member but no one really cares or gives an attempt to know what reasons led him/her to that? In Local House Ministry (Among Family Members), everyone is busy now a days that they couldn’t spare some time for their own Family. Everyone in Family founds other busy with someone/something. Sometimes it becomes the sole reason to fall for another. A small quarrel leading to the downfall of them.

In all the above 3 situations one thing is common among them, did you find it? The lack of Importance and Understanding. In Corporate World, if Manager communicate the feedback of employees to higher management and if higher management consider it in time then they can survive for long for sure. If current party consider the importance of party member then maybe he/she won’t betray. In Family, rather to find excuse of each other, if one had try to understand each other, they can find solution for it. Everyone feels that there is no mean to stay, even if they are right in all the manners and have right to be there. When one is try to succeed by overriding the VALUE of others then they just forget that the actual PRICE will be paid by themselves, not by the one who went.

Look, True doesn’t mean that it will be Correct for the all. One have to Consider the opinion of others and execute them in mean time, in most effective manner so that the Interest of all the stakeholders will be safeguarded. One can’t be selfish enough to ignore such a fact that collective strength prove too strong for the any opposition. If you left any loopholes by doing so then it will have definitely some disastrous result. Maybe you are Right in your Way, but how can you just put a full stop or question mark on others perspective? The leader isn’t that who finds the solution of query, Leader is the one who utilize the power of collective efforts. Because he/she knows that it will sure generates some output sooner or later. One must have to learn to trust others, have respect others’ point of view and joins them in the decision making. This works and works efficiently.

“You are Right, then Others also have RIGHT to be Right!!”
