Hello guys, what’s up? hope you all are doing good and well wherever you are in this world. As we are heading towards the restart the rest proceeding of our life, after COVID pandemic, good things started taking place. For me, Institute Schedule to resume the offline classes from tomorrow, I got the little bit exposure in the field of content writing along with some bucks, Granny is also back to home after suffering a heartache and Pulmonary edema last week. It’s not easy to cope with so many things at a time but as a Human we can’t do anything against the law of nature and maybe it’ll remind us each and every time when we omit the said truth that Yes, We are just a HUMAN!! No more than that, No less than that. When we try to forget it, God Knocked the door of us in disguised and we reckon it as an Problem of the Life aren’t we? Rather we all knew the Truth, we try to amend it by false sympathy. So just always remember, We are Human, that’s all!
So before starting the topic of the day, let’s have an eye on major news around the World from the past week. On Sunday, near Chamoli area of Uttarakhand in India, a glacier burst, near 50 were dead and more than 100 are missing, rescue operation is still under way on sixth day. New Zealand imposes lockdown in Auckland after 3 new local cases of the virus. Powerful earthquake rocks Fukushima, Japan on Saturday and reminds the massive quake of 2011. China refused access to key COVID data for WHO and also tries to break down into the Japanese Territory like they did in India. The Couples around the World is celebrating Valentine’ Day in most fascinated ways. DR Congo reports 3 Ebola Cases. Microsoft approach Pinterest about a possible takeover. In Football, Bayern Munich beat Tigres to win the FIFA Club World Cup, overall claiming their 6th Title of the year.
Anyways now let’s move towards one more interesting topic of the day of our Sunday School!! The subject matter is quite relevant to all of us, right? That’s what one can simply assume it from the title of the post! Anger, we all gets angry on some kind of things or when someone tries to tease/ irritate/ frustrate us, neither we? Absolutely that’s what we human are made of. The Emotion of Happiness, Sorrow, Sympathy- Empathy, Anger ness, Calmness and Patience. As we all knows that opposition is always there for everything, For Good there’s Bad, For Light there’s Dark, For Sky there’s Land, For Success there’s Failure and so does for Happiness there’s Anger ness too, right? We got angry on little issue and upset our mood, in which later on we regret too but can anyone try to find out the solution of anger ness here or even give a single attempt to control it. Anyone? No, right? That’s what we are going to learn today from scratch, so let’s start!
Angry, so what is the actual meaning or definition of it? When People have some or other kind of expectation from other people in any mode (either Direct or Indirect) and when those person not fitting in the assumption of that people or incurs some kind of loss (either Monetary or Non- Monetary) to that people, whether intentionally or unintentionally, the people who found someone at fault, for that loss often ends with some hard words on them and ditching out the conversation in between without attempting to given a chance of being heard. Technically there’s no any profound meaning of the word, Anger ness but it is also varied by the people, by the event and by the circumstances. Anyone can be angry on anyone but you know the irony here is that sometimes a simple prank goes wrong and leads to permanent divorce between the friends/people.
It is said that one can only be angry on someone if he/she cares much of you than you do of yours, is that right? Then why the situation like Separation, break up and Divorce is there? Is the understanding between the people isn’t strong or mutual consent of bonding is weak, don’t know. Though one thing is clearly identical that the one who really care others can never try to dominate others by raising their voice. It’s a pure sign of dominance or say insanity. It shows that he/she will definitely try to suppressed your voice and not provide a single chance to others regarding understanding the perception of counter part or the situation they went through. Rather they only focus their opportunity cost. (the loss they incurred by assuming the slight profit.) Many studies prove that the small quarrel often starts with a misunderstanding between the people and gradually one of them start losing control on themselves, raise their voice and do unnecessary(Violent) act which leads to separation.
Although Do you know when we People are angry on something/someone then what they can do? Or on which limit will one go in Anger ness? The question might sound silly or foolish but there we lost the path. We even don’t know the limit of our Anger, right? Absolutely, we don’t. We act as per the situation without anticipating the consequences of Slight over reaction on some issue. When we don’t know limit of ourselves then we can’t say we are in control of ourselves. We are handcuffed of our misconception. We are handcuffed of our own Emotion barrier. We are handcuffed of our failure to get control on ourselves. We are handcuffed to false belief that we are right by agreeing on someone because fault is that people. But how can you judged yourself right even if not giving a chance of being heard to others?
See, there’s no wonder that sometimes people lost control due to adverse situation or condition of their life’s roller coaster ride but how much that fair, to not apologize for your mistake later on? Are you not Guilty? Why you not shown a grit – courage to go after people and explained them calmly about what’s going on in your life rather than to scream and scarp them out? Study also proves that The BOSS, who often habitual to raise their voice on their employee not much likeable among the people he/she surrounded with. At the time all will going to left him/her due to maintain the self respect. Self respect is the big thing in corporate culture, and ethics works there perfectly.
If you aren’t want to break your business ethics then how would you expect that employees works for you will break their ethics either? Always remember Employees aren’t works under you, they are work for you, for your company/organization! Look you paid them for their work not to hear your bullshits. The successful leader is the one who understand the employees, their situation, their difficulties and try to figure it out in mean time. They can raise their Voice to encourage people, How’s the Josh? Rather than screaming loudly Did you get it? You know some changes you have to brought in, how long would you stuck to some old and rigid ideas and practices?
The same goes in the personnel life as well. All can present their views and opinions. In fact it’s not wrong to say that we all have assumed that anger ness is our life long right. We completely misconceptualize it. Look Anger ness is necessary as we are human being but we have to measure it that how deep one will go in that mood? There’s always limit of everything and once you find that you are about to breach that LOC (Line of Control), try to stop yourself from doing that. The problem of every people is that they will find the escape by putting their anger on someone else. It’s never been a solution. People says that LOVE is Blind, but No. Love isn’t Blind, People becomes blind when they are angry. They can’t able to identify that who is Right and who is Wrong, What is Good and what’s Bad? That happens because we are Blind even we have an eye to see.
Once we able to Identify the limit of our anger ness, we can start controlling it but for that one has to recognize what angers them and what kind of ideas play in their mind in that particular situation? Always keep in mind Anger ness should be temporary one, don’t count it in your permanent behavior. Once you find out some valid reasons of Anger ness, find counter attacking strategy. Think what limit would you breach in your Angry Mood? It’s possible but only if you try! What would do the worst in Temper? Would you Kill Someone? Would you Harm/Hurt Someone badly? Would you Destroy the Career of them? Or Would you Control yourself? Just try to find out those answer, you’ll definitely find best solution to get over of you anger!!
